The referance values in the 'End Reason' field were reduced and modified. 2. The answer to the Discharge from all Placements question will be system derived based on the value selected in the 'End Reason' field. 3. The 'Discharge Reason' field will be enabled based on the system derived answer to the Discharge from all Placements question. 4. The values in the 'Discharge Reason' field will be filtered based on the value selected in the 'End Reason' field. 5. An 'Override' checkbox was added to the popup to allow a worker to override the placement ending and will only be enabled in certain situations. Case Closure Batch: 1. A case will be prevented from being closed if the last placement does not have a value in the 'Discharge Reason' when the Discharge from all Placements question is answered 'Yes'. 2. A case will be prevented from being closed if the child was adopted and does not have the appropriate Legal Status documentation. 5333 Case Provider Assignment The worker's location information on the Maintain Worker Information cannot be modified if the Worker has open assignments. The worker's assignments will have to be closed or reassigned before a worker's location information can be updated. The Location of the worker at the time the assignment is created will be stored in the Location field on the Worker Assignment window. 5
