Policy highlights include as standard: USA/Canada coverage coverage under the policy is extended to include personal injury and property damage in the USA and Canada. This includes products exported into both countries and the activities of travelling staff members who do not live there. Excess motor liability the policy includes coverage for the damage of motor vehicles in control of the insured (in excess of a separate motor insurance policy). Vendors indemnity coverage for personal injury and property damage for any person or organisation that sells the client s products in the regular course of their business. Property in the insured s care, custody or control The aggregate limit of liability for property in the client s care such as vehicles, leased premises and the personal effects of employees is $500,000. Indemnity to principals and others - The definition of Insured is extended to include any principal, person or company for which the Insured is obligated to provide insurance as afforded by the Policy.
