Environmental testing One stop Shop for full environmental and mechanical testing in one location, for example typical tests are: Cold test, IEC 60068-2-1 Dry heat test, IEC 60068-2-2 Thermal shock test, IEC 60068-2-14 Damp heat test, IEC 60068-2-30, -2-78 Salt mist test, IEC 60068-2-11, -2-52 Free fall repeated test, IEC 60068-2-31 Vibration test, IEC 60068-2-6, -2-57, -2-59, -2-64, MIL Shock test, IEC 60068-2-27 Bounce test, IEC 60068-2-55 Abrasion test to simulate hand /finger rubbing, IEC 60068-2-70 Impact hammer test, IEC 60068-2-75, EN 62262 Vibratory wearing test Twisting and bending test 8
9 Additional information for vibration testing Below is simple guideline how to estimate the capability of the vibration testing. Note that the frequency range affects the maximum acceleration - with lower frequencies (<20 Hz) the maximum acceleration is also lower. The maximum force (F) of the vibration test system is 6.67 kn. The mass of the armature is 13.1 kg. This mass is always present. Mass of the fixture (typically 1.3 kg) and the mass of possible jigs needs to be taken in account. The theoretical maximum acceleration for a DUT with weight m can be calculated as follows: G = 6670 m+14.4 9.81 Where m is the mass of the DUT and 14.4 kg is the mass of the armature (13.1 kg) and the fixture (1.3 kg). For example for a DUT weighing 20 kg the maximum obtained acceleration is approximately 20 G.

Pricing for 3D modelling and rapid prototyping The price of the 3D modelling is according to used volume. The bottom surface of the machine is 200 x 230 mm. This area should be used as effectively as possible and the number of parts is unlimited. The cost of the modelling depends on the used height on the bottom area as follows: 10 mm 191 25 mm 300 50 mm 480 100 mm 839 200 mm 1559 Often there is a possibility to combine assignments into a single run in which case the cost per assignment decreases significantly.
