Gymnastics NSW Strategic Plan Executive Summary Mission: Vision: Core values: To promote, develop and grow Gymnastics for the enjoyment of all Enriching lives through Gymnastics Leadership, Teamwork, Respect, Excellence, Integrity This plan seeks to achieve the following objectives: Engage & Enthuse Advocate the need and benefits of participation in fundamental movement programs for all Australian children Build the Gymnastics brand Promote the sport through the delivery of high profile events Enable Grow the number and capability of the gymnastics workforce Strengthen club business models Increase access to education and development Engender a motivated, empowered and enabled workforce Excel Be viewed as a leader in sport WHS, child protection and integrity Maintain the most gold and most medals at the Australian Championships Contribute to National high performance outcomes Promote quality sport injury prevention practices Commit to the continuous improvement of existing programs Endure Build organisational capacity to better service clubs and the Gymsports. Implement sportainment initiatives within targeted events Deliver an international Acrobatic Gymnastics event Implement a promotional campaign in regional NSW regarding the benefits of participation in fundamental movement programs Advocate fundamental movement as an essential life skill for a child's development and position Gymnastics as the primary provider of fundamental movement programs in Australian communities.
