Shift Differentials: A night shift differential of 4% of the hourly pay rate will be paid to employees who work from 7:00pm to 7:00am and a weekend differential of 4% of the hourly rate to employees who work weekend shifts. Work Week: Sunday Saturday Overtime Rate(s): Overtime rates are 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate for hours worked in excess of 40 per week, in accordance with state and local labor laws. Holiday Rate(s): Holiday rates are 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate for any hours worked during a defined government holiday. On-Call Rate(s): On call rates are $5.00/hr. for each hour of on-call coverage. The employee must carry a pager or cell phone and must remain close enough to reach the facility in 30 minutes.
