Vendor includes telephone consultations. When on call, the individual is to carry a beeper or cell phone and answer calls. The individual must be within 30 minutes from the facility or a 30 mile radius from facility or an approved radius as determined by the task ordering facility. Call Back Rate(s): Call back is minimum 2 hours. If the placement is called back to the medical facility, the regular rate will be charged unless overtime is incurred. Overtime is charged at the overtime rate for hours the placement worked. Call back rates will apply once the individual is physically on-site. 3
