Shift Differentials: Work Week: Sunday Saturday Overtime Rate(s): Overtime is 1.4 times the normal hourly rate after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week in accordance with state and local labor laws Holiday Rate(s): 1.4 times the regular rate (same as overtime) in accordance with state and local labor laws. For hours worked on federally recognized holidays. On-Call Rate(s): $6.00 per hour for the times the provider is on call.
