OLV Supplier Registration 2 This presentation will review the process you will follow to register your company to use the Order Lifecycle Visibility service via GXS Trading Grid SM.
Trading Grid/Order Lifecycle Visibility Registration 3 You will receive an email from TG-noreply inviting you to register to use OLV. Click on the URL provided (note, your invitation code will be different).
4 The link will take you directly to the registration system. Complete the information about your company location, and then choose Submit.
5 If you get this page, do NOT select an existing company record. Instead, select the option My company is not listed and click Start Registration.
6 If you get this page and message, do NOT identify yourself with an existing company record. Go to Slide 28 for instructions on how to proceed.
7 The next page you see describes the six steps in the registration process. You will need to scroll down the page to continue.
8 After reviewing the registration process, choose Next Step to continue.
9 Review the subscription and pricing information. Click on the Pricing link to view the no-cost fees. Click on the Subscribe button to continue.
10 Next, select a Subscription option. Click on the pricing details link to review the service details for this subscription option.
11 Review the subscription details, and then choose the Close button.
12 Enable these checkboxes for the Alcatel- Lucent community: - OLV Invoice Creator (w/po only) - OLV PO Viewer - OLV PO Acknowledger - OLV Credit Note Creator (w/invoice only) - OLV Invoice Viewer - OLV Remittance Advice Viewer - OLV Credit Note Viewer - OLV Company Administrator Scroll down and select the OLV activities for the Alcatel-Lucent community. After completing the information on this page, choose the Accept Pricing button.
13 During Step 2, you review the GXS terms and conditions page. You will need to choose the Accept radio button, and then choose Next Step.
14 In Step 3, you will set up your personal profile information. Scroll down to complete additional details in the Personal Information section.
15 In this step, you will also set up the log in information you will use to sign into the Trading Grid.
16 Next, set your Password Security information. If you forget your Trading Grid password, you will be able to reset your password if you know this information.
17 When your profile information is complete, scroll down and choose Next Step.
18 In Step 4, you will need to provide information about your company. The asterisks (*) identify the required fields.
19 You will need to provide a business contact and a technical contact for your company. If you are the contact, choose the Same as My Profile check box.
20 Next, complete your company s Billing Address and Billing Details. If the Billing Address is the same as the company address you entered above, choose the Same as Company Address check box. Select Paper Invoice for Payment Method.
21 During the final step in the process, review the information that you have entered.
22 If the information is accurate and you are ready to submit your registration request, choose the Submit button.
23 The system confirms that your registration request has been submitted. After your registration request is accepted, you will receive an email confirming that your registration has been approved.
Access the Trading Grid at: https://tradinggrid.gxs.com 24 The password is case-sensitive. After accessing the Trading Grid URL, enter your Trading Grid User ID and password, and then choose the Login button.

Contacting GXS Technical Support 27 When you contact GXS: Have your company name, phone number, and your Client ID ready. (If you don t have a Client ID, you can provide your name.) Identify that you are using Order Lifecycle Visibility. Provide a detailed description of the problem.
Registration Problems 28 The following slides detail how to complete OLV registration when your originally submitted registration is rejected.
29 Do not select an existing company. Click Cancel.
30 Click OK to continue the cancellation process so you can start over.
31 Click No to keep the page open. Instead, click the English logo at the top of the page.
32 Enter the invitation code from the email you received.
33 Add something to distinguish the new company name from the one that already exists (Ex, - ALU ) Enter a revised company name, then continue to fill in the fields as explained on Slide 4.
