1 THE GUIDE OF ONLINE MONEY TRANSFER I. INTRODUCTION: 1. Definition: Online money transfer is to make transfer money from sub account to one of registed account in advance via customer s Balance online interface. 2. Regulations: - Customers need to go directly to PHS to register for using the online transfer service. - Customers can register maximum of 01 private account opened in the Bank uses to trade stock, 01 private account opened at any Bank satisfying same account-holder as securities trading account with trading account at PHS (Or authorized person s private account with notarization), and 05 other sub accounts. - Beneficiary could not be a PHS s broker if he is not the account- holder. - Regulation on transfer money for foreign investors: + Foreign investors do not need to register beneficary s account in advance. + Foreign investors can use online transfer service, if they register directly at branches and sign on money transfer registration. + Foreign investors register to use online money transfer service, only allow to transfer money online to registered account. + Only allow to transfer money from sub to private account which is opened abroad. 3. Time of conducting transfer money: - Applied time: customer can make a transfer money during 24 hours/ day. - Time for processing orders of PHS: from Monday to Friday excluding holidays: + From 08 AM to 15:00 PM: Customers make a money transfer from sub account to private accounts opened at banks not link with PHS. + From 08 AM to 16:00 PM: Customers make a money transfer from sub accounts to other sub accounts or to private accounts opened at banks link with PHS. + After 11:15 AM: Money transfer orders will be processed at 13:00 PM on the same day. - Fee of transfer money: Follow PHS s regulation and fee of Bank in each period. - All orders requested after mentioned time above will be processed on the next day. II. THE GUIDE OF ONLINE MONEY TRANSFER 1. The steps process: Step 1: Money transfer registration. Customers need to go directly to PHS to sign Money transfer registration and register for beneficiary s account. Register maximum: 01 private account opened at a Bank used to trade stock, 01 private account opened at any Bank satisfying same account-holder as securities trading account with trading account at PHS (Or authorized person s private account with notarization), and 05 other sub accounts. 1/6

2 Step 2: Login and change password Customers search on our website: click Online Trading => click Account Balance Customers input user: Trading account and login password (Password 1: default initial login password: domestic customers is your ID number; foreign customers is your trading code) Activate service or reset password 2 if customer forget it (Password 2 is Balance online trading passwword): This password is used for each time of transfer money or others service supplied by PHS on Balance online. 2/6

3 Customers must change passwords including: Login password and Balance online trading password at function Change Password after login and activate service successful: Step 3: Processing transfer 1. Transfer money from sub account to private account: After customers registered sucessfully beneficiary s account opened the Bank link with PHS then customer process transfer as follow: 1. Beneficiary account : Choose beneficiary account 2. Transferred amount: Customers need to input amount transfer less than or equal Available amount 3. Content : Inputting content of transferring money 4. Trading password : Balance online trading password (Password 2) 3/6

4 Customers click the button Confirm after filling all content and password 2, system will move to Transfer To Bank Account screen. Customers need to check information again before click to button Yes and finish money transferring order from sub account to private account. Or customers can choose button No when they want to change information of money transfer order. 4/6

5 2. Transfer money from sub account to other sub account. It is also the same with Transfer money from sub account to private account, customers can register a maximum of 05 sub accounts. Customers click the button Confirm after filling all content and inputting password 2, system will move to Transfer To Sub Account screen. Customers need to check information again before click the button Yes and finish transfer money order from sub to other sub account. Or customers can choose button No when they want to change information of transfer money order. 5/6
