This report includes the multifamily submarket of Altamonte Springs, Florida and includes A through C Class property within a 3 mile radius of I-4 and Wymore Road. The overall market is very strong with occupancy greater than 93% and rents as high as $1,350 per month in some of the larger unit complexes with numerous desirable amenities. This submarket is comprised of 26 properties with 7,056 units in total.
