Course Description This is the formal 5 day ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor training course certified by the IRCA (International Register Certified Auditors) and recognized widely by auditor registration organizations worldwide. It is the first step to professional status sought by third party professional auditing and it is the content needed by all quality management system teams to understand what they have to do. This is the most comprehensive and intensive learning environment available to fully prepare you for your own ISO management system program. This course is fully compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and expectations and covers techniques and skills for auditing leadership and management, strategic issues, context, risk, opportunity, knowledge, etc. This is the course that professional auditors will take so if you want to know what they are going to expect of you this is the course for you. Schedule and Hours This course runs from 8am 5pm over 5 days with an hour for lunch and periodic short breaks. The Friday includes a 2 hour examination and can finish early depending on progress during the week. Pre Course Knowledge It is expected that attendees will be familiar with the concepts of QMS and the process approach, Also that they will have read and be acquainted with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Preparation materials can be provided. Certificates Certificates will be provided to all attendees.
