His bachelor s degree in finance is from the University of Arizona and he received his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) designation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as Chairperson of the Merrill Lynch Advisory Council to Management (ACTM), where he represented the interests of financial advisors and clients in collaboration with the senior management of the firm. He also served as an industry arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) between 1994 and 2006. Andy has been a Las Vegas resident for over a quarter century and has maintained an active role in the community. He is past president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas Foundation and has served on the advisory committee for the Marty Hennessy Junior Tennis Foundation. In addition, he is a member of the UNLV Planned Giving Advisors Council and the University of Arizona President s Club. She has excelled in her job and plays a vital role in the team s commitment to providing an unparalleled client service experience. Rhonda has had experience in various roles within the financial industry over the past 27 years. She began her career in corporate syndicate at another business in 1987, providing marketing support for initial public security offerings. She also spent several years working in the trading department at a regional New England company. In 1991, Rhonda joined Merrill Lynch. Rhonda was born in New Hampshire and has lived in a variety of other places, too, such as Vermont, California, Florida and Germany. Rhonda is an avid New England sports fan and enjoys horseback riding, quilting, cooking and reading. She also enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Ashley. Patty Yeager REGISTERED CLIENT ASSOCIATE patty.yeager@ml.com Patty leads the business management of Ferguson & Associates, with additional focuses including executing trades and client review preparation. Her processdriven style has served her well in her extensive experience in financial services that began in 1992. Prior to joining Ferguson & Associates, she was a manager with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida, and a commercial lending specialist in Los Angeles, California. Patty relocated to Las Vegas in 2000 as a member of the Merrill Lynch Southwest Regional management team. She holds a bachelor s degree in finance and management and an MBA. Patty is the mother of four children and took a professional hiatus to raise three sons and a daughter before returning to Merrill Lynch and Ferguson & Associates in 2013. She is an active volunteer for the Meadows School in Las Vegas and also devotes her time to her dual passions of nutrition and fitness. 14
