Important Information Regarding Your RBFCU Accounts Please read the following information so you will be well-prepared for the RBFCU conversion scheduled for Labor Day weekend. Watch for future communications as we will continue to keep you informed on the enhancements that will affect your RBFCU accounts. FAQs (continued) Why does RBFCU need to make these changes? As our membership grows, we must continue to evolve to meet new financial needs. To stay ahead of the technology curve and continue offering our members innovative financial products and services, we needed to move to a more robust operating platform. To put it simply, this upgrade will allow us to better serve and understand the needs of our membership. With the new system, we can build upon many of the things you value most about your RBFCU membership. To put it simply, this upgrade will allow us to better serve and understand the needs of our membership. Is my money and personal data safe during the conversion? Yes. Everyone at RBFCU has been working hard to ensure a smooth transition for our members. You can rest assured that we have exercised due diligence throughout the conversion process to ensure all member data and assets are safe and secure. Safeguarding your privacy and protecting your financial well being has always been, and will always be, our top priority. What will I need to do to prepare for conversion weekend? Watch for future communications as we will continue to keep you informed on the enhancements that will affect your RBFCU accounts. We ve also included a Conversion Checklist to help set up reminders and ensure a smooth transition. What services will be available/unavailable during the RBFCU conversion? Completing the conversion will require some system downtime when you will not have full access to your accounts. Please review our Service Availability Calendar included on the back of this informational guide to help you understand which services will be affected during the RBFCU Conversion Weekend (some beginning as early as Saturday, Aug. 30). Also, watch for future RBFCU communications or visit rbfcu.org/conversion for specific details and updates. How can I get help with questions or concerns? If you have any questions or concerns about the upcoming system conversion, you can stop by one of our branch locations or contact us at 512-833-3300 (Austin), 210-945-3300 (San Antonio) or 1-800-580-3300 (Toll-Free). Our phone center representatives will be available 24/7 beginning Friday, Aug. 29 (7 p.m.) to answer general questions regarding the conversion. Normal hours of operation will resume Tuesday, Sept. 2.

Serving Members. It's in our DNA! Conversion To Do Checklist Completing these simple steps prior to Aug. 30 will help minimize any potential inconveniences and/or interruptions to your day-to-day RBFCU experience. ü Note the conversion dates on your calendar: Saturday, Aug. 30 through Monday, Sept. 1. Branches will be closed and many services will be unavailable. All RBFCU ATMs will be in service. Please see the Service Availability Calendar for complete details. ü Visit a branch prior to conversion weekend for any special in-branch transactions you may need over the weekend. ü Be sure to take your RBFCU credit and debit cards with you over the Labor Day weekend. It s a safe, convenient way to access your RBFCU funds, as card services will be available during conversion weekend (standard transaction limits still apply). Please note that transactions made during conversion weekend will not appear within your NetBranch Online account or through HAL (our automated phone system) until the conversion has been completed. The balance displayed during the conversion weekend will reflect your funds available as of Aug. 29. ü Sign up for estatements. After the conversion, historical data on NetBranch Online will be accessible for up to 24 months. ü Keep watching for additional RBFCU communications and be sure to read each one carefully. We will keep you informed via email, mail and at rbfcu.org/conversion. Write Down Your Account Numbers for Easy Reference Depending on your relationship with us, your account numbers may change after the conversion. Prior to Saturday, Aug. 30, record your account numbers and keep them handy for easy reference during conversion weekend. Post-conversion, some account numbers will change for members with multiple accounts. See What Will Change for details. Where to Find Your Account Numbers Prior to conversion weekend, locate and identify all your account numbers. Be sure to print or save a copy for your records. Here s how you can access your account numbers: Call Member Services at 512-833-3300 (Austin), 210-945-3300 (San Antonio) or 1-800-580-3300 (Toll-Free). Member Service Representatives will request your passcode or answers to your security questions before providing you with account information. Look at the bottom of your RBFCU checks. Visit your local RBFCU branch. You will need to provide valid identification or documentation (such as a driver s license).

What Will NOT Change Passwords and Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) Checking transactions. Your current checks will still be valid after the conversion is complete. Debit and credit cards will be available for ATM transactions and purchases (transactions made during conversion weekend will not appear within your NetBranch Online account or through the HAL automated phone system until the conversion has been completed). RBFCU s routing and transit numbers Online epay payees and history Direct deposits (including Social Security and government checks) and automatic debit (pre authorized payments, pre authorized payees and payroll deduction) NOTE: Payroll direct deposits scheduled for Sept. 1 and Sept. 2 will be credited on, or before, Aug. 30 (one-time exception). Conversion Weekend 2014 Saturday, Aug. 30 Monday, Sept. 1 Safeguarding your privacy and protecting your financial well being has always been, and will always be, our top priority.

Change or No Change What Will Change Account Numbers If you have multiple RBFCU accounts (savings, checking, etc.), some of your account numbers will change. To determine which account numbers will change, see the chart below. RBFCU Account Relationships Savings Account only Checking and Savings Accounts (Multiple Accounts) Money Market, Certificates, Loans Credit Cards Debit Cards Change or NO Change Account number will not change. Savings Account number will change. Checking Account number will not change. Account number will change. Account number will not change. Account number will not change. You will not need to update your direct deposit or auto-transfer information. We will ensure these transactions are updated for you in the new system. Statements Paper statements, estatements, notices and receipts will have a new look. You will still be able to view up to 24 months of archived estatement history. If you currently have multiple accounts and receive estatements on at least one account, you will automatically be enrolled in estatements for all other accounts. This change will not affect members receiving only printed statements. NetBranch Online will have new features and functionality. Auto-Transfers and Scheduled Loan Payments Post conversion, transactions will post daily, regardless of the due date. For example, a Sunday transaction date will no longer remain in a pending status to be posted the following Monday. The transaction will be posted on the same day the auto-transfer and/or loan payment is scheduled to process from your RBFCU account.
