Orthopedic Rehabilitation Services Regency Rehabilitation Center provides each resident with an individualized care plan. The care plan is reviewed and changed quarterly or as goals are achieved or problems arise. This planning is an important aspect of healing, rehabilitation and our caring program. The plan is coordinated by an interdisciplinary team which has members from nursing, rehabilitation, social services, dietary and activity departments. Residents and family members are encouraged to participate in the Care Plan process. At Regency Rehabilitation Center, we provide complete rehabilitative care including physical, occupational, respiratory and speech therapy. Therapy services are available seven days a week so residents can receive intensive therapy to improve their range of motion, coordination, balance and ambulation abilities. With our restorative and retraining program, residents receive quality physical therapy to return to their optimal level of function. 88% of Rehabilitation residents return home within 20 days of admission and achieve a 98.4% improvement rate. On-Site Hemodialysis Unit Hemodialysis is a treatment that has been shown to improve quality of life. Our on-site dialysis unit offers the latest in medical technology in a state-of-theart environment. Regency Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing quality of life for our residents in a comfortable and familiar surrounding, while eliminating concerns over time spent in transportation to an outside dialysis center. Regency Rehabilitation Center s on-site Hemodialysis Program is provided through a partnership with Affiliated Dialysis Center and their highly skilled staff. The program is overseen by Board-Certified Nephrologists. Our program is offered 6 days a week, with convenience and ease to admit a patient quickly and thoroughly. Our care is overseen by a clinical management team that are comprised of physicians, medical directors, registered nurses, social workers, dieticians, patient care technologists and administrators. Our focus is to provide superior outcomes for our residents. For individuals with kidney failure or other conditions that require renal support, Regency Rehabilitation Center s on-site dialysis program offers the highest level of care and supervision in a convenient setting. Regency s Cardiac Rehabilitation is designed to provide monitored exercise and education after a heart event.
