Profile of SPSPA Top ranking in degrees from undergraduate to Master degrees including MPA Program, Public Administration,Political Science, Psychology, Media, Laws and Applied Psychology in highly rated education. UESTC is a cradle for Chinese Electronic Information Industry. SPSPA's research and teaching is information knowledge based one. 3
1. Profile of SPSPA We pride ourselves on being research-led with 66 high degree teaching and researching staff. We focus more on the hot issues facing Chinese government, both locally and centrally. Our teaching is rated excellent, having been awarded 3 top ratings and 1-second rating for National Excellence. Our research has been awarded 1 second rating and 1 third rating for national excellence; 2 Top rating and 2 second rating and 5 third ratings for Sichuan Provincial Excellence. 4

International parternships and collaborations-icpa The Proud Six-Year Legacy of The ICPA International Conference on Public Administration (ICPA) is an annual international conference, aiming at taking an important step in confronting the issues and challenges facing public administration practice and theory across countries and cultures worldwide. University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Chinese Public Administration Society (CPAS), School of Public Administration in Moscow State University, The University of Warwick (UK), The University of Minnesota (USA) and Chinese Public Administration Journal (CPA Journal) have successfully cooperated in holding six wonderful conferences since 2005.
