CONCLUSIONS It began with basic technological tools : STRUCTURED INFORMATION Still Valid All the tools must to adapt to CYCLE OF INTELLIGENCE Challenge: NON STRUCTURED INFORMATION Qualitative and quantitative leap Consequence: The developed tools were inadequate..
