Program Development for MGC s Proposed Bachelor s Degree in Surveying-Geomatics Management (2009 Spring 2011): Letter of Intent Under University System of Georgia (USG) Guidelines, the necessary research was performed and a Letter of Intent for a proposed Bachelor s program in Surveying-Geomatics Management was developed and submitted. Program Development - After getting the go-ahead from the USG, the complete technical and academic portions of the program for a proposed Bachelor s program in Surveying-Geomatics Management were developed and submitted. Collaborative Program Chair - Coordinated with Southern Polytechnic State University s Dean of Architecture, Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology on review comments and issues relative to the proposed Bachelor s program in Surveying-Geomatics Management. Conducting Survey of Degree - Currently conducting survey of interest in the Surveying Program at MGC, including the proposed Bachelor s program in Surveying-Geomatics Management (to establish estimated student cohort size), in the Associates Degree/Certificates and in continuing education.
