AACSB accredited : Only 716 of the 14,000 Business Schools worldwide are AACSB-accredited, including 22 Management Grandes Ecoles in France. AMBA accredited : The AMBA is the only accreditation organisation in the world specific to the MBA. Only 2% of MBAs in the world are accredited by the AMBA. EFMD-EPAS accredited : Only 11 Management programmess in France and 64 institutions in the world hold EFMD-EPAS accreditation. THE QUALITY LABELS Business School has signed the United Nations Global Compact, which implements the ten Principles that govern human rights, labour, the environment and the fight against corruption. Obtained in 2009, renewed in 2012 and confirmed in 2014, the Diversity Label is a concrete and effective commitment towards preventing discrimination. A MANAGEMENT GRANDE ECOLE Founded in 1897, Business School is today triple accredited with AACSB, AMBA and EFMD-EPAS. The Grande École Master programme (ESC ) is one of the best French Grandes Écoles Masters and one of the top 40 best Masters in Management in the world. In 2013, it was ranked as the 6 th French Master by Challenges magazine and 32nd Master in the world by the Financial Times (September 2014). Such recognition is the result of a long process which has consistently emphasised educational innovation and research that benefits student training, experience abroad, a mandatory year in a company, final year majors and professional specialisation pathways reassessed every year to follow the needs of the labour market, dual French and foreign Master s degrees. All these innovations have one objective: to train managers who are highly diverse, a source of economic, social, societal and environmental performance, and who are fulfilled as individuals. Specialised in niche professions in line with market trends, graduates of the Master Grande École (ESC ) programme are highly sought after by employers who appreciate their ability to innovate and adapt to changes and new environments, their communication skills and their lack of ego. Business School, and its Master Grande École ESC programme, is an institution on a human scale with tutors and students from all over the world, and marks itself out as being outstanding by its ability to defend strong humanist values, together with an education system based on academic excellence. Our ambition is based on the belief that innovative methods and different paths in terms of training and education are essential to the progress of our society. Olivier Guyottot PhD Aston University (UK) Programme Director Master Grande Ecole (ESC ) The Mission of Business School Through higher education, train managers who are highly diverse, conscious of their global responsibility in accomplishing their tasks and able to adapt to changes in local, national and international environments. Our Values Ethics, Openness and Diversity, Responsibility and Global Performance.

6 REASONS TO CHOOSE THE MASTER IN MANAGEMENT The Graduates Association has almost 11,000 graduates, junior and senior managers in roles throughout the world, and circulates more than 400 job offers per month. In connection with more than 150 recruitment firms and partner companies, every year the Graduates Association organises a day of networking and debates among students and graduates: Meet my network - Di Day. It has a network of offices in France (Paris, Lyon, ) and branches abroad (China, Spain...) as well as themed clubs (internet related roles, business creators, management control...), which enable professional synergies to be optimised. 1. One of the best global Masters in Management The Master Grande Ecole programme (ESC ) is one of the ten best French Master Grandes Ecoles in Management (6 th in Challenges in 2013 and 10 th in Le Parisien in 2014) and has been ranked as the 32 nd Master in Management in the world by the Financial Times in September 2014. 2. Holder of nationally and internationally renowned leading accreditations Business School is an internationally renowned institution, particularly for its Master Grade and its triple accreditation AACSB, AMBA and EFMD-EPAS, which attests to the educational excellence of its training. These accreditations constitute a guarantee of quality, greatly sought after by recruiters and businesses. 3. A Grande Ecole of international dimensions The international policy of Business School responds to the demands of a globalised job market, whereby executives must be multilingual and know how to interact with people from different cultures. 4. Network of Economic Partners and Graduates The Economic Partners Club brings together the businesses that support Business School s development strategy and policy. Several thousand business partners maintain proactive links with Business School, offering work placements (7,000 offers/year), entrusting assignments to students, or hosting them as part of a sandwich course. 5. Majors, Professional Specialisation pathways, and dual French and foreign final year degrees In the final year, Business School offers a vast choice of Majors and pathways of Professional Specialisation, dual Masters qualifications with European partner universities, in conjunction with the University of or Business School (details of dual qualifications on the website: www.montpellierbs.com). 6. Number one for sandwich courses in France 1 st Management Grande Ecole for sandwich courses according to Le Parisien in 2012, Business School has established a team that will help the intern to find work, complete their contract and support them throughout their course. The company will pay all or part of the tuition fees and will pay them a salary. They attend one week of classes on campus and three weeks with the business. The interns are supported by a remote training centre with an interactive platform, helping them to continue their studies with e-learning courses during the time they spend with the company. A sandwich course helps candidates to acquire professional experience and in the majority of cases leads to a job offer even before they obtain their qualification.

THE MASTER IN MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME The International Entrance Examinations for the Master Grande École programme are aimed at those who hold a non-french Bachelor s degree (or a degree level qualification, i.e. bac+3). The Master Grande École programme offers a general curriculum, including subjects such as finance, marketing, management control, human resource management and communications, and a specific curriculum with a choice of majors and professional specialisation pathways or a dual degree in the final year of study. In total, there are 3 possible pathways: Reference, Dual Degree or Professional, which are spread over two or three years. The Reference Pathway enables students to combine three semesters of classes with an end-of-year placement lasting one semester. The Dual Degree Pathways lasts two and a half years or three years, with the student obtaining a University Master National Degree (27 in total with the University of ), or a Master or an MBA from a European University. The Professional Pathways enable the student to gain professional experience during their course, with a long-term business placement or with a sandwich contract, and with the final year tuition fees (in the event of a sandwich course) being paid by the company, while receiving a salary. I.
