Taking teaching to the next level, our Hospitality Arts programs feature block curriculum. For example, instead of meeting twice a week for 16 weeks, you might meet five days a week for six weeks. This schedule fully immerses you in specific topics, allows for better continuity in content and sequential topic presentation. There are times when students are required to be in class on weekends, in order to gain experience during The Hotel s busiest times. Our graduates find work in everything from casual and fine dining restaurants, to casinos and large food corporations, locally, across the United States and internationally.
