Ivan Menezes President, Diageo North America; Chairman, Diageo Asia Pacific; Chairman, Diageo Latin America & Caribbean (India born) Appointed president, North America in January 2004, overseeing operations in North America. In 2008, Ivan was also appointed Chairman of Asia Pacific and in 2011 was additionally appointed Chairman, Latin America & Caribbean. Ivan is a member of the Global Executive Committee. Larry Schwartz President, Diageo USA Larry oversees Diageo s U.S. spirits, beer and wine business, managing the sales, marketing and overall performance of a wide array of world-class brands including Smirnoff, Crown Royal, Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Jose Cuervo, Baileys, BV and Sterling Vineyards Larry joined Diageo in 2001 as President of Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, an acquired business of Diageo. In September 2008, and was appointed to his current role as President, Diageo USA That would be like saying who your favourite child is (thankfully I just have one!). David Gosnell Managing Director, Global Supply and Global Procurement British David has responsibility for manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and technical innovation as well as Diageo s 3 billion or so global supply spend. ( 4 billion spend for Demand & Supply). David leads a team of around 9,000 people globally, all of whom are involved in the manufacture and supply of Diageo products. He is responsible for Diageo s worldwide supply chain delivering to over 180 markets around the world from over 100 production facilities located in 32 counties David spent 20 years with Heinz in many different roles Tanqueray and Tonic 6
Nick Blazquez President, Diageo Africa British Nick heads Diageo s businesses in Africa where he is responsible for driving broad-based growth for Diageo and its supporting communities Previously headed Diageo s businesses in Asia. Peter Carr Glazer s, Executive Vice President, Diageo Moët Hennessy Responsible and accountable for Glazer's business performance with Diageo and Moet Hennessy USA throughout the country. Oversees a corporate team dedicated to Diageo and Moet Hennessy, as well as Glazer s in-market Diageo and Moet Hennessy teams Prior to joining Glazer s, Pete was President U.S. Spirits Open States for Diageo. Carr has more than 20 years of experience in the beverage industry, which includes senior management roles as President of Diageo-Guinness USA (DGUSA), and Diageo s President of Control States. Pete began his career in Chicago as a sales representative for Romano Brothers Beverage Company, and has worked in many areas of the beverage business, ranging from Trade Marketing Manager on Smirnoff Vodka, to launching Red Bull in the United States 10

Bob Swartz Southern Wines and Spirits - Executive Vice President and General Manager Executive Vice President and General Manager responsible for the leadership and operation of the SWS North Wine and Spirits Brokerage business serving Diageo and Moët Hennessy across the 18 control markets 23 years of progressive, cross-functional expertise in senior leadership roles in general management, human resources, and sales and marketing. Working with the world s leading wine and spirits marketers, including Diageo, Terlato Wines International, Allied Domecq PLC, Seagram Americas and Stirrings. Prior to joining Southern, Swartz served as Vice President-Global Advantage at Diageo where he led a global cross-functional project team in the design and deployment of a first-of-its-kind planning, training and results measurement tool for sales.
