2 Randy Millian President, Diageo Latin America and Caribbean USA (Born in India) Randy is the regional President for Diageo LAC (Latin America and the Caribbean), and leads the LAC Executive team. He is responsible for the overall development and execution of our strategy across the region, for our performance, our people, and for Diageo's reputation and engagement with all stakeholders. Randy is a member of Diageo's global Executive team Prior to joining Diageo, Randy worked for American Express for seven years, serving as Vice-President of Travel Management Services in Brazil and as Vice-President of Strategic Planning and Business Development for Travel Related Services in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before his time at American Express, he served as Business Director for Schering-Plough's over-the-counter medicines in the USA and the Director of Operations for Pepsi International in Spain and Portugal Zacapa 23 on the rocks 2

4 Jaime Graña Managing Director, Diageo Mexico Peruvian Managing Director Diageo Mexico since January 2007 Responsible for the development and implementation of the long term strategy of Diageo Mexico to meet the company s financial, corporate and market share goals. He is also the architect and guardian of Diageo s reputation in the market, playing a leading role in the industry General Manager of Diageo South Cone (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia) from 2005 to General Manager of Diageo Peru from 2001 to 2005 Johnnie Walker Black on the rocks 4

5 Olga Martinez Garcia General Manager Diageo PUB (Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil) Spanish Managing Director Diageo PUB since September Responsible for the development and implementation of the long term strategy of Diageo PUB to meet the company s financial, corporate and market share goals Prior to her appointment Olga was marketing and innovation Director for LAC. She has also held a number of marketing roles in GB, including general manager for GB Reserve and marketing director, Baileys, Gins and Pimm s. No stranger to Brazil, Olga was marketing director here from Before this Olga held a number of roles with Diageo in Brazil, London and Greece across marketing, strategy and finance Ketel One Caipiroska with lime and strawberries 5

6 Jeff Milliken General Manager, Diageo Andean British Responsible for Diageo s sales and marketing organizations in Venezuela and Colombia for last 4 years based in Caracas. Joined Diageo 22 years ago in Finance and worked in a number of markets in UK, Asia and Latin America Became general manager of distilling and blending operations in Scotland before returning to Latin America as Regional Logistics Director. Prior to Diageo worked with Coopers and Lybrand. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and Bsc graduate from Edinburgh University Gordon s Gin & Tonic or a Johnnie Walker 6

7 Alberto Gavazzi Managing Director, Diageo West LAC Brazilian In the role of Managing Director Diageo WestLAC, Alberto is responsible for six business units which include markets in Western and Southern Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean. He is accountable for the strategy, operations, and results of his markets, overseeing a turnover of over 430M and more than 1000 people leading a variety of businesses including Beer, Wine and Spirits brands Joined Diageo in late 1993 to lead the Diageo Brazil innovation agenda and from 1997 Marketing Director of the market. He was transferred 3 years later to Diageo North America as VP Consumer Marketing. In 2002, he returned to Brazil as General Manager with extended responsibilities over the South Cone of LAC. Before moving to Miami he was Global Marketing Director, Whisky and Gin, with accountability for the Reserve Brand Group Johnnie Walker Double Black on the rocks with a splash of water 7
