In addition to the delivery of audio/video and synchronized slides, over 30 widgets offering a variety of capabilities are available. Webinar producers can select any number of widgets to include in their webcast, which can be placed anywhere on the Platform 10 console. The Fundamental Widgets Audio/Video, Slides, Q&A, and Speaker Biography are standard features typically included in every webcast. The Complementary Widgets allow webcast managers to add related information to their webcasts (e.g., Resource List) and solicit feedback from attendees (e.g., Survey). The Communication Widgets allow attendees to share information (e.g., Idea storming) and network with others in the webcast (e.g., Group Chat). The On-Demand Widgets are used after the live presentation has been completed for example, to add chapters or include a synchronized transcript. The External Content Widgets allow webinar managers to include RSS feeds and link to specific websites from the webcast console. The Social Media Widgets allow attendees to access and share information about the webcast using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites. The Enterprise Widgets allow webinar attendees to access and share information with other employees in their company using Chatter, SocialCast, Yammer or Jive. The Training Widgets allow organizations to use webinars for continuing education and other training programs.
