Applications are invited to fill the following positions at its Head Office: Position i) Chief Executive Officer Post-Graduation in Health Policy Planning or Administrative Sciences or any other equivalent qualification from HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to additional qualification(s) in the field of Health Administration, Management, Finance etc. Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of National and International Conference(s) and seminars in the relevant field would be given preference. Must have at least 15 years of experience in General Administration/Operation/Management at senior level in well-established and well-known private/public organizations, preferably in the Health Sector. Relevant experience in the organization engaged in public service delivery will be an added advantage.
Not more than 57 years on the last date of receipt of the Position ii) Company Secretary Qualification/ LLB/LLM in Law from HEC recognized institute. 5 years of experience of dealing with corporate affairs, legal matters and secretarial practices Preference will be given to member of a recognized body of corporate secretaries; Position iii) Chief Financial Officer Qualification/ Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Public/Private Sector. Member of a recognized body of professional accountants for at least five years; Experience in working with Public Sector Companies having assets worth five billion rupees or more will be an added advantage.
Position iv) Chief Operating Officer Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management/MBA-HR or any other equivalent qualification from the Higher Education Commission recognized institute. Preference will be given to those having international certification in Human Resource or Administration. Must have at least 10 years of experience of HR, Administration, and Procurement in Public/Private Sector. Past experience in the relevant field in Public Sector will be an added advantage. Position v) Director Enrollment MBA or M.Sc. Economics and Finance or any other equivalent qualification from the HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to additional qualification(s) in IT/Mass Communication. Must have at least 10 years of experience in data administration, data management. Previous experience of working with public sector data management organization will be an added advantage.
Position vi) Director Empanelment Not more than 45 years on the last date of receipt of the MBBS from the recognized University with Post-Graduate Qualification in Health Management / Health Economics / Public Health Must have at least 10 years of experience in relevant field including 5 years of experience of heading a project in Government / Semi-Government. Position vii) Director Health Insurance Masters in Health Policy Planning/ MBA (Finance)/ M.Sc. in Health Administration / Masters in Public Policy and Governance or equivalent from HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to medical doctors with higher qualification in Public Health. Must have at least 10 years of experience in Health Administration / Management.
Past experience of working/managing/ Administrating with Health Insurance Companies in Pakistan shall be an added advantage. Knowledge of or hands on experience on ICD coding will also be considered an added advantage. Position viii) Director IT/MIS BSc Honors/ MSc/ Masters in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or any other equivalent qualifications from the HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to higher qualifications or international certification in networking. Must have at least 10 years of experience in Public / Private Organizations in enterprise resource planning / extensive networking, Cloud connecting of various field offices across the Punjab / statistical Data Management. Position ix) Director Communication Masters in Mass Communication / journalism / Media Studies from the HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to a medical doctor having above mentioned qualification. Must have at least 8 years of experience in Public/Private Organizations as PRO or in Communication / Marketing Department.
