How to apply for your 1. Check current ticket prices at www.firstgroup.com/bristol 2. Call the CTS hotline on 0844 854 2569 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) 3. Give your employer name and employee/staff number (to be sure you are eligible to join the scheme). 4. Choose which ticket you would like Inner Zone or Outer Zone. ticket... 5. Agree to purchase monthly ticket by direct payment and give the address to which the ticket is to be delivered each month. 6. Tell us when you want your monthly ticket to start (Minimum of 7 days notice must be given) e.g.- if you want the first monthly ticket to start on the 25th of the month you will need to ring by the 18th. 7. Make your first payment by phone. Your monthly ticket will be posted directly to your home address, along with a debit mandate form. 8. Sign and return the monthly debit mandate form. On receipt of the form we will then freeze the price of your monthly ticket for a period of twelve months from that date. We will send you written confirmation of any price increase in month 12. 9. If you subsequently wish to cancel the arrangement, all you need to do is contact the hotline. When will I get my next ticket? You will receive your next monthly ticket 5 days before your current ticket expires, provided that the credit/debit account has been successfully charged the equivalent ticket cost. All CTS tickets are valid as per the equivalent monthly/annual products and infer no extra privilege. Please refer to terms and conditions of travel at www.firstgroup.com for more details.
