Dr. Moore is a proven leader with more than fourteen years as a Sr. Level Administrator responsible for the strategic development and delivery of large K-12 urban systems and large College level academic and administrative information technology systems. She has worked at a number of Community Colleges across the country (nine years having supervised all aspects of information technology, institutional research and planning, facilities management, and library and learning resources with large project, staff, and budgeting responsibilities. 2

Moore has prior experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (BANNER, PEOPLESOFT), software systems, including Open Source and COTS (Commercial-Off The-Shelf) systems that have been aligned or interfaced with existing technology systems and web-based software systems and services. She installed the first ERP and Web Based system (BANNER) trained all client departments at Baton Rouge Community College during their formative years (1999-2003). Dr. Moore has a proven tract record of proactive, inter-departmental collaboration and problem solving as well as executive leadership experience in information technology, with direct management experience for units within the division including (academic and instructional technologies, programming, network and security, infrastructure, and help desk and technical support). Dr. Moore has prior experience teaching online courses as well as several LMS(s) (Learning Management Systems), including - (Blackboard, Desire2Learn, and Mootle).
