Galilee International Management Institute Since its establishment in 1987, Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI) has offered management training and capacity building programmes to senior officials and decision makers from around the globe. Our educational mission is based on a belief that human efficiency is the crucial factor in nations reaching their full socio-economic potential. Therefore in every organisation, it is vital that the personnel are trained to their full potential as they are the major key to significant progress. Over the last 25 years GIMI has been providing participants with the opportunity to interact with top Israeli professionals and experts and share their experience and knowledge with each other. We develop programmes in accordance with the requirements of various partners involved, in a wide range of fields including: Education, Health Management, Public Administration, National Security, Environmental Management, Small & Medium Business Development, Agriculture, Port Management and more. In addition, GIMI works in cooperation with European higher education institutions to offer European accredited Masters and Doctorate programmes.

MASTER PROGRAMME: MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY IN EDUCATION Programme Description and Objectives Based on worldwide research findings and the belief that managers and employees at all levels need specific qualifications in order to be successful, the Masters of Management and Quality in Education (MQE) is an international, European accredited, one year, interdisciplinary postgraduate programme offering students knowledge in the fields of management, economics, law, education and organisational and behavioural sciences. The programme provides students with knowledge in all above specified fields and specialised knowledge in the field of education management. It aims to educate experts who will be able to take over the most demanding tasks of education planning, development and management on all levels and in all fields. This international programme includes two residential study terms at ISSBS, Slovenia and GIMI, Israel respectively where students will be exposed to European and Israeli education management systems. Who Is This Programme For? The study programme aims to train experts who work closely with the education sector in all levels of schooling, agencies and ministries for education.
