House services Audio Visual Factory Inc. Our house services include audio, video and lighting patch fees. Patch fees are waived when you choose AV Factory for your audio visual services. These charges are by room by day. AV Factory can supply the best technical support for your next event. Labor is billed by the hour and includes set, strike and show operation hours. Labor Policy Event labor is quoted by the scope and duration of event. Labor quotes are estimates only. Client is responsible for all incurred labor costs due to additional requests, extended rehearsals and extended show running times.there is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all technical staffing requests. Calls cancelled within 48 hours of the start time of the event will be billed in full for each cancelled position. Breaks are required for AV staff working in excess of 5 hours. Production schedules will be built with either a 30-minute provided meal onsite, or a 60-minute, unpaid meal break offsite.
