This project promotes a virtual network to support social and business development of communities Project Educa (FRIDA funding) oriented to support e-learning activities with special emphasis on multi-cultural characteristics. Several ontologies to represent multi-cultural aspects have been developed.

Objectives: leverage existing research capacities, share ressources, improve human resources development. Joint projects. Infrastructure for teleconference and vrtual working space interaction being put in place.
