IPR SOLUTIONS TO YOUR PIPE PROBLEM Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) CIPP is one of the most widely used and technologically advanced rehabilitation methods offered by IPR Industrial. It is widely accepted for use in water, sewer, gas, and chemical pipes. CIPP involves impregnating a polyester felt lining with resin, inverting the liner, and then pulling the coated liner through the existing pipe. For pressure and high temperature applications, IPR Industrial offers RS Technik s proprietary CIPP Pressure pipe rehab system featuring specially formulated Dow epoxies, a mobile wet out unit, and a computer-controlled resin impregnation system for maximum quality control. RELIABLE. Pipe Splitting The pipe splitting method does exactly what it is called... a "splitting" head is pulled through the host pipe and fragments while new HDPE pipe of equal or larger diameter is pulled through behind it. All types of pipe can be split and all types of pipe can be installed. EcoCast Product Line IPR EcoCast represents the evolution of a traditional structural cementitous product to a Nano-Ceramic Geopolymer that is precision sprayed or spun onto an existing host pipe or structures such as culverts, manholes, wet wells and outfalls. GeoSpray (EcoCast) is a high performance material that can be applied with conventional equipment. It sets very quickly and water can be directed across its surface in less than two hours or even faster, if needed. It is well-suited for large diameter projects. TV Inspection & Cleaning IPR also offers complete TV inspection and cleaning services to help you determine the most cost-effective and safe rehabilitation solution. We utilize advanced pan and tilt cameras to perform 360-degree inspection of the pipe, including detailed views of lateral connections, inspections from the main line and joints, cracks or holes. We then provide complete damage assessment and rehabilitation plans.
SAFETY & SERVICE EXCELLENCE, RIGHT DOWN THE LINE At IPR, we take the issue of safety very seriously. Not only do we offer the safest and most advanced products and services, our workforce is highly skilled and safety certified. As one of the nation's largest trenchless rehabilitation contractors, we have offices strategically located throughout the United States. IPR Emergency Response crews are on call 24/7 and can be quickly mobilized for unforeseen pipe repairs. PERMANENT.

CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE (CIPP) RENEWAL SYSTEM: PRESSURE PIPE CIPP RENEWAL SYSTEM PRESSURE PIPE IPR offers RS Technik's exclusive system for the trenchless rehabilitation of pressure pipe using CIPP. It is capable of completely restoring industrial and other raw water pressurized systems. When completed, the operating conditions are like new and fully restored at a fraction of the cost of traditional dig and replace methods. IPR Pressure Pipe CIPP Applications: 4Industrial sewer force mains 4Fire water lines 4Cooling mains 4Drinking water mains 4Transmission lines Industrial Pressure Pipes Renewed With CIPP Repairs Are A Safe, Permanent Repair Renewed pipes are capable of maintaining internal pressure and external loads without the support of the existing pipe. The liner can be designed to replace the host pipe as a fully structural solution. Alternatively it can also be designed as a Class II or III semi- structural system when pipes are suffering from internal corrosion, leaking joints, and/or localized external corrosion. Connection Techniques The fittings or couplings used to make connections can be modified to suit the operator s maintenance requirements. Diameters less than or equal to 12 inches will normally be reconnected with a coupling designed for operating pressure and meeting connection needs. Larger dimensions will be reconnected with an EPDM end-seal, either installed inside the end of the host pipe or inside the liner installation prior to the assembled flange. Service connections are made via open-cut with a saddle coupling.
