Business & Professional Development Programs Today, your degree is not enough. Explore ways to enhance your resume. New Courses: Skills Assessment Certificate in Meeting Facilitation Facility for the Everyday Professional Fall 2015 Schedule

Every day, 10,000 U.S. baby boomers turn 65. With the largest generational group reducing their work hours through retirement or semiretirement, employment and advancement opportunities are on the rise. As the job market changes, now is the time to prepare for the job you desire. Do you have the skills you need for the role you are seeking? Does your resume reflect that you keep your skills up-to-date? Can you prove you are competent in your profession? Many professionals prove competency by obtaining alternative credentials, including professional certifications and licenses, or participating in educational certificate programs. USI offers courses to help you study for national certification tests as well as certificate programs that allow you to develop job skills you need today. We require no prerequisites, degrees or admission to the University, and most programs can be completed in one semester. Enroll, learn and enhance your resume today. Overall, people working full-time with alternative credentials earned more than those without any alternative credentials, and people with professional certifications and licenses earned the most. Measuring Alternative Educational Credentials: 2012, U.S. Census Bureau Explore your options: Call 812-464-1989 or visit USI.edu/continuinged for more information.
