Step 1: Registration and Login Ed Job Plus 1. Select > Employer panel 2. Register a new account with supporting document. Login the system with username and password designated from you. Please note that there is a Latest News column for posting up any updated news and school events in real time for your information.

3. Read carefully and accept the terms and conditions before create your login account. 4. Select your own login and password which is at least 6 digits, and only 0-9, A-Z, a-z are accepted.

5. Fill in the company information and press Continue. The contact information filled in will be shown in the job posting according to the method of application you selected. 6. Fill in the company contact information and press Continue. The contact information is only available for administration purpose and will not be released to students.

7. After system administrator approved your registration, you can login the system with username and password designated from you. Kindly note that you can only login and post job vacancies after your account is approved by our administrator. It takes two working days to process. 8. Read carefully and accept the terms and conditions whenever logging into the system.

Step II. Forget password function 1. Click on the Forget Password or Forget Username if you do not login for a period and forget the registered username or password. Go to Edit Profile and update profile and contact person whenever necessary. 2. If you forget only password, use the Forget Password function and you will receive a new password through email. You are required to type in the email address stated in the Company Information page. 3. Use the Forget Username function to request login information. System administrator will contact you direct to verify your identity.

Step III. View/ Change general information of your school 1. Go to Edit Profile and update profile and contact person whenever necessary.

Step IV: Post job vacancies 1. Go to Add Job Posting to create new job posting. Your job advertisement will be reviewed and approved within 2 working days. In case you would like to create a new job with similar job description as job posted before, you may click on Select a posted job to copy to select an suitable post and hence fasten your processing.

2. For application procedure, you may choose online, email, mail, fax or any means that is suitable. If Online is chosen, an email notification will be sent to your email whenever there is applicant apply online. You may login to Ed Job Plus and view applicants detail online. Step V: Check status of job posted Go to My Posted Job to view the status of your job post, i.e. approved, pending or rejected. You may see if there is any application for the job post if Online application is allowed to students. Click on the view button to browse candidates application if they have submitted resume online.

Step VI: Candidate Database searching You can go to Candidate Search page to search candidate information that suits your requirement. For teaching position, there are some extra search criteria to narrow down the matched candidate records. Database is opened to employer only if our students using the system allowed employer to view their resume details.

Step VII: Calendar Function You can mark your interview date and other activities date on the calendar. The application deadline of your job posting will be shown automatically in the calendar. The calendar is compatible with Microsoft Outlook and can be exported. Click on Add to my Outlook, save the ics file and open in Microsoft Outlook. Remarks: The system will send the following email alert to your registered email address stated in Company Information: 1. Account registration email after you registration online. 2. Account activation email after approval by system administrator. 3. Job post approval email alert after job approved by system administrator. 4. Job post rejection email alert after job rejected by system administrator. 5. Job application email when application from candidate is received.
