Tahoe Sierra Rental Company was established in 2008 to manage vacation rental properties in the Lake Tahoe region. In the late 1980 s, Select School of Real Estate was formed to aid in recruiting and training new prospective agents and was later renamed Select Success. In 1995, Stanford Mortgage was acquired to bring quality mortgage services to our real estate clients. Stanford Mortgage is staffed with experienced, top-notch, service orientated Mortgage Advisors, Processors and Administrative Staff. In 2001, Inter-County Title of El Dorado County was added to the team providing superior title and escrow services to the general public and the entire real estate community. Inter-County Title is one of the oldest title companies in the state of California, serving El Dorado County since 1891. In 2006, ERA Cornerstone Realty Group in Nevada City and Grass Valley was added to the Select Group, extending our services further into the Gold Country. Starting in 2008, the Select Group began adding offices at Lake Tahoe and in Nevada under the Coldwell Banker banner. In four short years Coldwell Banker Select became the largest real estate company in Northern Nevada. In 2012, Stanford Mortgage established its first Northern Nevada branch, broadening its superior customer service and product spectrum to new communities and clientele. In 2015, CENTURY 21 Cornerstone, was formed by combining ERA Cornerstone Realty Group, Century 21 Gold Dust, and CENTURY 21 Foothill Realty. Together the combined offices are one of the largest real estate companies in Nevada County. Today, the Select Group has more than 1,000 agents and employees who make it their daily mission to provide the best service possible to clients throughout Northern California and Nevada.
