Imperia has been always known as the olive oil town, thanks to the famous producer Olio Carli and to the taggiasca olives, that grows abundant on the hills of the Imperia s valleys. The Relais del Maro offers to its clients the possibilities to spend few relaxing days in touch with the nature and exploring the secrets of the olives plantation and tasting some of the best olive oils in the area. In only a couple of days you eill be a profi of the ligurian cuisine, thans to the teaching of our cook Danila, from the Agriturismo Dinoabbo, and perfect cake designer, with the help of the dynamic Penelope. The first day, after the shopping to find the ingredients of our dishes, the menu you will prepare pesto, focaccia and ravioli, that you will then taste at the end of the course, together with a cold wine glass. After this full immersion in the Liguria, it s time for dessert: a 2 hours cake design course, that will teach on how to create cake that will make your kids happy and that wil amaze all your friends.
