Frequently Asked Questions Q: Why can t I login with the username and password provided to me? A: Check to make sure that CAPS LOCK isn t on and that there are no spaced before and after the username/password. Logins are case sensitive and cannot have any unnecessary spaces in them. If you are certain you typed in everything correctly then there is a chance your password is expired. Email itsupport@marcumllp.com for any login troubles. Q: Why am I being prompted to install the upload/download wizard? A: The upload/download wizard is a tool that enables users to transfer multiple files at one time. Without the wizard, you will only be able to upload/download files one at a time. 9
