1. Logging In 1. In your web browser, navigate to the following URL https://mft.marcumllp.com 2. Login using the credentials that were provided to you by a staff member. 3. Click the Sign On button. 4. If you have trouble logging in please send an email to itsupport@marcumllp.com explaining your issue and someone will get back to you to assist. 3
2. Installing the Upload Wizard The Upload Wizard is a utility that allows you to transfer files from your local system to the MFT site without using the web interface. The upload wizard install is only required for the first time you login on a specific computer. Once the upload wizard is installed on a computer, it will be accessible for each subsequent login. Please note that these instructions are for Internet Explorer and not all screenshots will reflect exactly what you may see during the install process. 1. Upon logging in for the first time you will be given the option to install the Upload Wizard. Click the link that says Install the Upload/Download Wizard (Active X). a. Depending upon which browser you use, you may only be presented with the option to install the Upload/Download Wizard (Java) 2. Once the install begins, you will see the following screen. 3. When prompted with a pop-up to install the MOVEit DMZ Upload/Download Wizard click Install 4. Upon completion of a successful install you will prompted with a window confirming. Click OK to continue. 4
3. Uploading Files Using the Upload Wizard The Upload Wizard is a utility that allows you to transfer files from your local system to the MFT site. Please note that these instructions are for Internet Explorer and not all screenshots will reflect exactly what you may see. Click the Launch the Upload Wizard button. The Upload Wizard will open in a separate popup and you can select files 1 of 2 ways. 1. By selecting Add File you can browse directories on your computer/network. From here you can choose files that you wish to upload to the MFT. 5
2. Browse to where the files you need to add are, select them, and then click Open. Proceed to step 4 below. 3. If you have a directory of files open, you can drag them directly into the Upload Wizard window. 4. Once you have the desired files in the Upload Wizard window, select Next 6
5. By default, the option of Upload files individually will be selected. Proceed by clicking Next. If you would like to add a note to the transaction of files, you can do so now in the Notes field. 6. Upon successfully uploading the files, you will be notified of the transaction. Click OK to proceed. 7. You will now see the files uploaded appear in your MFT account folder. 8. Click Go To Your Default Folder 7
9. Upon successfully uploading the file, you will see the file appear in the folder you chose to upload to along with a file ID confirmation. 4. Downloading Files Using the Upload Wizard 1. Upon logging in to the MFT, select all files and/or folders that you want to download by checking the box next to the file. Once you have the files you wish to retrieve checked off, click the Download button. a. You may also click the download button for a single file off to the right. 2. Once the window appears, select the location of where you would like to download the files to and select OK. 8
3. After a successful download, the Download Wizard will notify you that the transfer was complete. If you click Open Folder, your computer will launch the folder in which you placed the files. 5. Frequently Asked Questions Q: Why can t I login with the username and password provided to me? A: Check to make sure that CAPS LOCK isn t on and that there are no spaced before and after the username/password. Logins are case sensitive and cannot have any unnecessary spaces in them. If you are certain you typed in everything correctly then there is a chance your password is expired. Email itsupport@marcumllp.com for any login troubles. Q: Why am I being prompted to install the upload/download wizard? A: The upload/download wizard is a tool that enables users to transfer multiple files at one time. Without the wizard, you will only be able to upload/download files one at a time. 9
