International Journal of Human Resources Development and Management (IJHRDM) is intended to serve as a forum for exchanging and disseminating information concerning human resources originating in diverse fields such as engineering, business and commerce, politics, health and biological sciences, law enforcement and defence, management and education. The goal of the IJHRDM is to provide a consolidated forum for all aspects of human resource development and management, and to do so across disciplines. An integrated view of all issues dealing with the human resource is essential in the light of our need to enhance the quality of life. IJHRDM is intended to be a major resource for all those who are interested in the growth and management of the human resource.
