Goal of the course Tips and tricks AOTrauma Video-Seminar 5 The broadly interpreted goal of the course is completely identical to the ideological stance that is interest. The narrow, focused goal of the seminar to give tips and solutions for the treatment of cases 3 presentations at the beginning of the course concern ATLS. The purpose of this, on the one hand, is for the audience to receive a practical demonstration, and on the other, to make this method more popular, as according to the objective statistics, there is plenty to improve in this area. Target participants know and have mastered routine methods. Those young specialist medical doctors who will soon be left on their own as physician on attendance where they will have to make independent decisions. We break down the material into sections that are an hour and a half long on the average, and hold relatively long breaks, as the processing of what has been seen and heard demands a great deal of concentration. The level of quality of the presentations is also ensured by the fact that each presenter was allowed to choose their own desired subject matter for presentation. In the presentations, we worked with AO recommended implants and methods.

8 Tips and tricks AOTrauma Video-Seminar Welcome words Dear Colleagues! In accordance with our traditions, we are getting together for an AO video seminar on the shore of Lake Balaton in November. We were able to assemble a truly successful programme with hundreds simultaneously with the conclusion of the previous one. Enthusiastic colleagues have checked in with ever more fresh ideas on what we should show! surgery, its diversity, and brings out the creativity of the surgeons. All such forums and presentations teach a lesson and gives ideas for the daily routine. The purpose of this forum is to learn from each other, to invoke ideas and to engage in productive debate. In the interest of this goal, we have compiled the programme in such manner that following 10 minute long videos, plenty of time would encountered foreign presenters who have received very positive feedbacks shall also appear at the seminar, such as Eladio Saura Sanchez (Spain) and Hakan Özsoj (Turkey). The current seminar is special from the perspective of it being a forerunner of the planned AO Cadaver workshop in the future.
