ZVVZ a.s. Capital Interests of ZVVZ a.s. The company ZVVZ a.s. was founded in the year 1948 and it soon became the biggest manufacturer of ventilation equipment in Czechoslovakia with a network of assembly and service centres. Since the beginning the production program has been focused on deliveries of ventilation fans, precipitators and filters for dust removal and dust particle absorption, air-drying plants and equipment for pneumatic transport of loose bulk materials. We are an important manufacturer and supplier of equipment in the following areas: dust collection and removal ventilation pneumatic transport of loose bulk material distribution systems for air ventilation and air conditioning Our major product lines include: dust collectors ventilation fans flue gas ducting conduct pipes group I, II a III including accessories Precipitators and filters are delivered on the market through our daughter company ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. ZVVZ Energo took over activities from ZVVZ a.s. which are connected with power plant engineering and provides power engineering services for the ZVVZ Group as well as for the town of Milevsko. ZVVZ Invest s.r.o. A specialized firm providing financing of development projects and suitable investments of the ZVVZ Group. The firm increases the value of free funds of ZVVZ Group. Fans and Megtec Division The division delivers small, medium-sized and large fans including spare parts and service. It is focused mainly on deliveries to power plants, heating plants and other industrial operation. It also delivers fans for aerodynamic tunnels, fans for road tunnel ventilation, mine and metro ventilation. The main supply program of Fans and Megtec Division includes: axial and radial fans medium-pressure and high-pressure ventilation fans fans for nuclear and coal-burning power plants, mine ventilation, air venting of tunnels and underground premises, industrial use, aerodynamic tunnels Production Division Production division is the largest division of ZVVZ a.s. It handles complex business cases, produces documentation including designs of construction solutions and carries out production. The division also handles co-operative production within the scope of Material preparation dept., Machine workshop dept. and Paint shop dept. for the whole ZVVZ Group. The division uses carbon and stainless steel and aluminium for production. It works together on production of equipment designed to incinerate methane and convert energy into electrical power. It also deals with regular engineering production. Air-Conditioning Division ZVVZ-Enven Engineering, a.s. Air-conditioning division is a traditional manufacturer of air conditioning piping group I and silencers for ventilation and air conditioning and all accessories necessary for assembly of air distribution systems. Adequate production capacity makes large complex system deliveries possible. A team of experienced professionals and technicians guarantees high technical quality of the products. Quality management system with certification according to EN ISO 9001 : 2008 and a quality control system at all levels of product manufacturing ensure the highest quality. Testing at out own test facility of ZVVZ a.s. or state test facilities allows us to produce evidence of all properties of products according to national or European standards.
