Work with your Cisco account team to determine if CMSP program fits into your business model. Submit application online using CSApp tool: www.cisco.com/go/csapp. Receive response within five days from Cisco CMSP Program Manager. Schedule an audit when contacted by the auditor. Onsite audit occurs within 24 hours, the auditor provides a summary, including any necessary action items.
