Agents will be installed as necessary on each monitored server. Notification to clients will be setup in the Monitoring System, if desired, and all monitors will then be tested. Primus Customer records are created in within our internal support systems and available through the customer support portal. MSA - Server Monitoring and Notification Note: includes a server monitoring agent that constantly tests the health of the server by looking at elements such as CPU utilization, memory usage, disk usage and other system checks 5 of 6

If the monitor goes above or below a specified threshold, an alert is created and the customer is notified. Any remediation work will require the Managed Server Expertise - Prepaid package.
