The application is ranked on the scores of the STEP test, selective GPA, and interview. Selection Process 1. Step I: Applications will be read and ranked. All applicants will be notified regarding their selection status as soon as possible after final grades for the semester have been posted. This process takes approximately 1-2 weeks. Please do not call or email. Notification letters to all applicants will be sent out. 2. Step II: Top 30 ranked candidates will receive an invitation to interview. Selected candidates are required to participate in an interview for consideration. The Nursing Program Selection Committee will then make final selections for acceptance into the AS- Registered Nursing Program. The decision of the Selection Committee is final. The Selection Committee reserves the right to decline any nursing program applicant based on the application packet and interview process. 3. ASN accepted students will be notified by letter as soon as possible. Please Do Not call the Administrative Assistant to inquire about acceptance status.
