SAFIT BOX - Sound proof panel - This product is a particular panel wich combines the characteristics of sound absorption and sound insulation with transparency. The panel is widely used in cases where there is the request to provide a high noise-reduction and at the same time to reduce as much as possible the visual impact of the noise barrier. This type of panel has found a widespread use on the italan highway A22 Autostrada del Brennero. The safit box panel is a box panel made of: - plexiglass sheet (receptors side) thickness 12 mm; - perforated plexiglass sheet (noise source side) thickness 12 mm; - frame in anodized aluminum; - acoustic insulation of polyester fibers; - suitable for insertion within beam HEA/B160; - certificate EN 1793-1: DLα=2dB category A1 - (sound absorption); - certificate EN 1793-2: DLR=28dB category B3 - (acustic isolation); SAFTAL srl 11
