However, specific courses will be planned in order to develop professional figures experts in marketing, planning, administration and human resources management. The total number of employees in the district area is in view of in the whole area of Frosinone. In terms of percentage, this number represents 31,28% of the provincial employement, and 2,57% of the region one. The district size is mainly characterized by small enterprises with a staff of 10, even if there are some firms with a workforce of 30. The exporting enterprises are roughly 5% of the total firms in the district. However, they direct for export around the 20% of their own sales. The most part of the sales refers to manufacturing activities paid from customers working in national and international markets. Moreover, the quality of the manufacturing depends on the fashion factors associated with the export, however the firms do not directly interact with the reference markets. 5 Organization of logistics and distribution The logistic district is based on the concept of shared warehouse : each firm can get raw materials needed to his manufacturing process from the warehouse of other firms which share their materials. The shared warehouse is completely virtual, in the sense that the firms do not transfer the materials in a physical shared warehouse, but they only provide the code associated with the shared materials. In other words, there is a software management of the warehouses. Further, the district draws up an agreement with specialized enterprises for transports. In particular, a specific sector of the structure deals with the implementation of a constant marketing process, allowing each single firm to develop and gain the requirements needful to promote its own products on the outside market.
