Pay Online Policyholder Access The Policyholder can login using their Facebook, Yahoo, Google account s or they can login by using the SMIC button and enter the policy number, name, and zip code on the policy. If the policyholder uses the Facebook, Yahoo, or Google login, they will be able to add multiple policies to the account, and will allow multiple payments to multiple policies If the policyholder uses the SMIC login, this is a single policy sign on, the system will not allow multiple policies to be paid during a signal sign on. Log in using Facebook Click the Facebook button, a new window will appear, enter your user name and password for Facebook, click Log In. When using the Facebook login you will be able to make payments on multiple policies Facebook access screen will appear: Policyholder Access Page 3

Once the policyholder clicks Login, if this is the first time the user has signed in, they will receive a screen to Add Another Policy, if the user has signed on before and added a policy, they will see the policies that have been added or they can add another policy by clicking the Add Another Policy button: Enter Policy Number (SYM, POLICY NO, MOD), Enter Insured Name exactly as shown on the bottom of invoice, Enter the Billing Zip Code, Click the Link Policy Button Policyholder Access Page 5
You can add another policy, or click on Make a Payment If you clicked on add another policy, enter the new policy information on the screen: Policyholder Access Page 6
If you clicked Make a Payment: Standard Mutual Insurance Company Payment Method screen comes up: Select type of payment Policyholder Access Page 7
If you selected Check Payment Method this screen comes up: Policyholder Access Page 8
Once information has been entered click on Submit, if you do not want to continue with the payment, click Cancel Once you click the submit button, you will receive a confirmation screen: Click Ok to submit payment, or Cancel to not submit payment Policyholder Access Page 9

To submit the payment or cancel the payment: Once you have submitted the payment you will receive a confirmation screen: Click Ok to submit the payment, or click Cancel to not submit payment Policyholder Access Page 11

To logout: Click on the logout link in the upper left corner of the screen, this will log out of Policyholder Access and Facebook: You will be returned to this screen: Policyholder Access Page 13
Log in using Yahoo! Click the Yahoo! button, a new window will appear, enter your user name and password for Yahoo!, click Sign In. When using the Yahoo! login you will be able to make payments on multiple policies The Yahoo! Login screen will appear: Policyholder Access Page 14
The first time the user signs in using their Yahoo! Log in with Google Click the Google button, a new window will appear, enter your user name and password for Google, click Sign In. Login with SMIC Policyholder Information Click the SMIC button, a new window will appear, by using this login you will only be able to see and make payments on one policy at a time. To make a payment, Click on Make a Payment under the Actions section When you clicked Make a Payment: Policyholder Access Page 35

Policyholder Access FAQ s 1. Who do I call if I need help with the website? Please call our Customer Service Department at 866-469-3968 2. Can I make a payment using the Policyholder Access for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) policy? No, if the policy is currently on a EFT payment plan the Policyholder Access will not allow payment. If you need assistance with EFT, please call Customer Service Department at 866-469- 3968 3. Can I make a payment using the Policyholder Access for Agency Bill policy? No, if the policy is currently an Agency Bill policy, you must make the payment with your agent. 4. Can I make more than 1 payment on a policy in a day? No, once you have made a payment for your policy thru the Policyholder Access, you must wait until 1-2 Business Days for the payment to apply to the policy. 5. What type of credit cards do you accept? American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. 6. Can I make a payment using my savings account? No, currently we only accept payments from checking accounts. 7. Will I receive a confirmation email? Yes, once you have submitted the payment you will receive a confirmation email. You may also print a receipt on the confirmation page. 8. Can I sign up for automatic payments thru the Policyholder Access? No, to sign up for EFT, please call our Customer Service Department at 866-469-3968. 9. Why can I not link my policy using Facebook, Yahoo!, Google or SMIC, I receive an error? Please confirm the policy number, the spelling of the name on the screen to the spelling on the invoice, and the mailing zip code. If you continue to experience problems please call Customer Service Department at 866-469-3968. 10. Can I report a claim using the Policyholder Access? No, you must call our 24 hour Claim Reporting Service at 866-666-9170. Policyholder Access Page 42
