Co-Chairmen and Co-Chief Executive Officers FPL Advisory Group William J. Ferguson Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ferguson Partners Ltd. William J. Ferguson serves as Chairman and CEO of Ferguson Partners Ltd. and as the Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of FPL Advisory Group. Mr. Ferguson conducts senior management recruiting assignments, with a specialization in president/chief executive officer searches and recruiting assignments for Boards of Trustees/Directors. He also conducts CEO succession planning assignments and facilitates public company Board assessments and senior management assessments. Before founding Ferguson Partners Ltd., Mr. Ferguson was a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Russell Reynolds Associates for ten years, one of the leading international executive recruiting consultants. There, he co-managed the firm s national real estate practice, handling assignments in eleven segments of the commercial and residential real estate industry. Prior to focusing in real estate, Mr. Ferguson worked for General Mills, Inc. in Minneapolis in strategic marketing. Mr. Ferguson holds a B.A. from Harvard University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.B.A. in marketing from the Wharton Graduate School of Business Michael A. Herzberg Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, FPL Associates L.P. Michael A. Herzberg serves as Chairman of FPL Associates L.P. and Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of FPL Advisory Group. He brings extensive experience in the real estate, mortgage finance and advisory industries and a broad knowledge of strategy, compensation and finance. Mr. Herzberg has been uniquely active in providing advisory services to real estate organizations undergoing some form of change. Prior to founding FPL, Mr. Herzberg served as Executive Vice President of JMB Realty Corporation. While at JMB, Mr. Herzberg was primarily involved in the firm s corporate acquisition and institutional investment management activities. Mr. Herzberg received a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago s Graduate School of Business. 3

Ferguson Partners Ltd. is a global executive recruiting consultancy specializing in real estate, asset and wealth management, hospitality and leisure, and healthcare. While we have demonstrated a competency in recruiting individuals from other industries, over the last twenty years we have found that our clients are ultimately more comfortable hiring individuals with relevant industry experience that have the background and qualifications they are seeking. Last year, we conducted approximately 200 assignments. Our geographical activity tends to be evenly distributed across the United States. We are selected by most clients because of our intimate industry sector expertise. Ferguson Partners Ltd. Biographies Real Estate, Hospitality, & Healthcare Practice James D. Dell Olio President & Senior Managing Director Ferguson Partners Ltd. James D. Dell'Olio manages Ferguson Partners New York office. His principal focus is on the execution of senior-level assignments on the East Coast with a special focus on the New York financial services community. Before joining Ferguson Partners, Mr. Dell'Olio worked in the Wall Street practice of TMP Worldwide, a retained executive search firm, and focused on the Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Structured Finance industries. Prior to that, he had spent several years in TMP's Real Estate practice conducting searches. Mr. Dell'Olio received a B.A. from Vassar, where he was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and awarded a Maguire Fellowship for two years of study in Europe. He then received an M.A. from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium, where he graduated magna cum laude and Valedictorian. David L. Thalhamer Managing Director Ferguson Partners Ltd. David Thalhamer is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners. His principal focus is on all areas of real assets including investment and development, infrastructure and construction. His clients include private equity investors, sponsors, construction companies, developers and financial institutions on a global basis. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, David was a Partner in a large global search firm. Previously, David was a Partner in a New York based boutique search firm specializing in the real estate and financial services industries. David began his executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997, focused on the real estate and construction industries and co-led its global real estate practice for four years. He was also a member of the firm's financial officers recruiting practice. David holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Degree from Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration, beta gamma sigma and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. 5

Mark Momongan Senior Director Ferguson Partners Ltd. Mark Momongan is a Senior Director at Ferguson Partners Ltd. where his focus is on senior management recruitment. Before joining Ferguson Partners, Mr. Momongan was a Vice President at Flint Creek Partners, LLC, a real estate investment bank. During his career, he raised institutional equity for discretionary funds and programmatic/entity-level joint ventures from private equity funds, pension funds/endowments, fund of funds, and pension fund consultants. His responsibilities included all facets of transaction execution, fund marketing, and investor relations. Mr. Momongan also served as an advisor to several investment managers and endowments on their fund investments. Previously, Mr. Momongan was an Associate at Prudential Volpe Technology Group, a subsidiary of Prudential Securities Investment Banking Group, where he worked on a number of technology and telecommunications engagements, including mergers and acquisitions and private and public financings. In addition, he was an Associate in the Chicago office of Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, valuations and fairness opinions. Mark earned his B.S. in Spanish from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School. He was the recipient of the John J. & Teresa Azrack Real Estate Scholarship. Erica Hirsen Director Ferguson Partners Ltd. Erica Hirsen is a Director at Ferguson Partners Ltd., where her focus is on senior management recruitment. Her specialization is in the healthcare real estate industry, specifically in senior housing. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Ms. Hirsen was an Assistant Vice President with GE Capital s Healthcare Financial Services Real Estate business, a leading real estate lender in the healthcare industry serving segments such as senior housing, skilled nursing, medical office buildings, and hospital systems. Her responsibilities included managing customer relationships, leading financing transactions, and driving loan structuring and negotiations. Previously, Ms. Hirsen was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on financial advisory services. Ms. Hirsen holds a Bachelor s degree in Accounting and a Master s of Accountancy from University of Wisconsin Madison. She is also a registered CPA. 6

Travis Kononen Senior Director Ferguson Partners Ltd. Travis Kononen is a Senior Director at Ferguson Partners. He specializes in real estate private equity and investment banking, executing mandates in the US, UK, and continental Europe. Mr. Kononen furthermore maintains close links with INSEAD and the London Business Schools real estate programs. Prior to joining, Mr. Kononen worked for Richmond & Co, which he joined in 2004. Mr. Kononen has a degree from Oregon State University. 7

Peter Rackowe President-International Peter Rackowe is the President-International of the Japan Branch of Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd, having moved to the firm to set up the Japan operation. From Tokyo, he leads the development and expansion of its global executive search practice in Japan and the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Rackowe has over 14 years of industry experience directing and managing search assignments across the Asia-Pacific region accessing both local and global talent pools. Previously, Mr. Rackowe worked in leadership roles for Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International where he developed extensive experience providing executive search solutions in the broad alternatives space with a specialization across the fund industry in real estate, distressed, private equity, and broader financial services industries including investment banking, capital markets, and asset management. Mr. Rackowe was mainly educated in England and holds an M.A. in Oriental Studies from Cambridge University. He is a long-term resident of Japan and is a fluent Japanese speaker. Max d'ambrumenil Regional Director Ferguson Partners Hong Kong Max d'ambrumenil is the Regional Director responsible for the Hong Kong business, having joined the firm to establish the Hong Kong business. Before joining Ferguson Partners, Mr. d'ambrumenil helped open the Hong Kong office of a leading real estate recruitment business leading the general practice division. Working with private equity funds, investment managers, advisors, developers, corporate occupiers and property consultancies, Mr. d'ambrumenil has worked in the Asia-Pacific real estate space since 2006. Prior to moving to Asia, he worked in London working with European based real estate investors, developers and consultancies. Mr. d'ambrumenil was educated in England and holds a BSc (Hons) Real Estate Investment from Oxford Brookes. 8

Serena Althaus Senior Managing Director Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd. As Senior Managing Director of Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd, Serena Althaus spearheads the continued development of Ferguson Partners European recruitment business and assists clients in reaching an increasingly international talent pool. With c.15 year s industry experience, having previously worked at Spencer Stuart, Norman Broadbent and Heidrick & Struggles, she provides executive search services to real estate, construction, and financial services companies across the United Kingdom and Europe. Ms. Althaus has an honours degree in English from Durham University. Gemma Burgess Senior Director Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd. Gemma Burgess is a Senior Director with Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd. Gemma has eight years experience working within executive and non-executive search. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners in 2007, she spent two years at Hanson Green working on non-executive director and chairman appointments for both public and private companies, within the UK and Europe. Ms. Burgess previous search experience is within the tax, manufacturing and engineering sectors. 9

Mark Ross Managing Director Ferguson Partners Canada Ltd. Mark Ross is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners. He works with domestic and international financial services organizations in attracting top talent to their teams. With 20 years of executive search experience Mark has recruited across all segments of the financial industry including traditional and alternative asset management, capital markets, investment, commercial and retail banking, leasing and insurance. His clients have included several major Canadian pension funds, Canadian and international banks, insurance companies, mutual funds and institutional asset managers. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Mark was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles in the global financial services practice and a member of the asset management, private equity and insurance specialty practice groups. Mark holds an Honors B.A. from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of British Columbia. 10

Ferguson Partners Ltd. Investment Management Practice Amy de Rham Managing Director, Investment Management, Practice Leader Ferguson Partners Boston Amy de Rham is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners Ltd. and the Investment Management Practice Leader, North America. Her specialization is the investment management industry where she has partnered with clients in the recruitment of senior level professionals over the last twelve years. She began her search career at Spencer Stuart as a member of the Financial Services Practice. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, she was the North American Sector Leader for the Asset and Wealth Management Practice at Korn/Ferry International. Ms. de Rham brings extensive recruiting experience to her clients, consulting to organizations including global financial services companies, money management and specialty firms, endowments and foundations, alternative firms and fund of funds. Her functional specialty is investment-related positions, though her experience includes a range of senior management level assignments including sales & marketing and board of directors. Prior to executive search, Ms. de Rham was a Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst at Banc of America Securities, LLC (formerly Montgomery Securities) in San Francisco. She began her professional career on the buy-side at MFS Investment Management in Boston where she was an Equity Analyst and then a Portfolio Manager, responsible for a third of the flagship Mass. Investors Trust, a growth and income fund. Ms. de Rham holds a M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where she was a member of the M.B.A. Advisory Board, as well as a bachelor s degree cum laude from Princeton University. She has been Chair of the Committee to Nominate Alumni Trustees for Princeton and a steering committee member of Women in Leadership for Princeton University. 11

Philip Darling Managing Director, Investment Management Ferguson Partners Europe Ltd. Philip is a Managing Director and leads the development and expansion of the firm s UK & European Asset & Wealth Management practice. Philip was formerly Head of Asset & Wealth Management at Stonehaven, a boutique firm established in 2008 by the former Global Head of Financial Services from Heidrick & Struggles.
