The Texas School Administrator Safety Conference (TSAS) is scheduled to take place on November 1-4, 2015 at the Omni San Antonio at the Colonnade in San Antonio, Texas. With more than 300 participants expected to attend, the TSAS Conference provides an opportunity for exhibitors to spend quality time and marketing efforts showcasing new products and services to potential clients. Room block is limited. 3. It is mandatory that each exhibitor carries adequate liability and property insurance. Liability insurance should provide public liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage occurring from an accident in your exhibit booth. Property insurance should cover theft or damage of your property from the time the materials leave their point-of-origin until they reach their post-show destination including the time on the show floor. Special on-site security will not be available. 4. Due to the short time period of the exhibition, the frequently crowded condition of the exhibit facility, and the vital importance of avoiding disruption in the orderly operation of the exhibition that might adversely affect other exhibitors, the reserves the right to resolve any dispute or disagreement as they see fit and the decision shall be final. 5. Raffle prizes will be awarded to attendees throughout the conference. We encourage prizes be donated by all exhibitors.
