1. Service Description The solution provides business customers a telecommunication solution which contains the following basic elements: Delivery and operation of a hosted PBX service (referred to as virtual PBX ) providing a comprehensive set of PBX functionality to mobile and stationary devices based on 3GPP standards Delivery and provision of SIM cards, which enable the mobile devices with mobile number, landline number and extension numbers for the individual user Porting of existing landline numbers and/or mobile numbers if requested by the customer Access to the portal for administration and configuration Maintenance and fault elimination of systems provided by BT The solution is available in two variants: Office & Professional Office is designed for the full replacement of legacy switches, legacy fixed lines, legacy mobile subscriptions and support contracts and includes a feature rich business phone system with a dedicated on site Mobile network, installed on the customer business premise. The dedicated on site Mobile network delivers optimal mobile speech quality and maximum onpremise radio coverage. Users within the Office solution are separated into: Office Workers: Users whose mobile device will be limited to working within the confines of the on site dedicated network Mobile Workers: Users whose mobile Device will work within the on site dedicated Mobile network and the external BT Mobile service Professional is aimed at customers who want to keep their existing PBX system but add a more sophisticated mobile solution for their Users. It utilises the national BT Mobile network only, but with a comprehensive feature set supporting co-existence with a PBX and similar administrative benefits as in the Office. Users within the Professional solution are by definition always Mobile Workers. Dedicated mobile coverage indoors available through Office One contract, one supplier and self-service portal for easy management Solution Redundancy The business telephony solution is hosted from geographically diverse data centres located in the UK. The core systems are deployed with redundancy in power supply, storage and processors. This ensures that a component failure can be immediately bypassed to avoid affecting the service for customers. In the event that a complete data centre is taken down, the processing moves automatically over to another data centre to ensure continuity of service. Customers who have subscribed to Office will additionally be equipped with a dedicated on site Mobile network on their business premises which adds an additional layer of redundancy at their premises. Service Management Customer Service includes a Customer Services Hotline which delivers remote support to customers. In addition, chargeable support is offered for onsite consulting services or for extra training if required. For fault reporting, BT offers three different Service Levels from which the customer can choose. Premium Care (Standard) Description Service Level 1: 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday (not incl. public and bank holidays) Office Availability Professional Prompt Care Service Level 2: 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday (not incl. public and bank holidays) Critical Care Service Level 3: Monday to Sunday 24/7 (including public and bank holidays) *For more detailed information please refer to the T & Cs and SLA schedules. The Portal is a web portal which provides entitled Users as well as assigned administrators a central point to manage and control their Solution Key benefits include:

The level of support services and trainings delivered as part of the initial implementation depends on the solution variant. Ordering is available to Customers with 20 or more users. Please note that customers wishing to contract with BT for this service will be provided with an order form setting out the specifics of their service; the order form will then form part of the Contract. Connection charge per subscription will be based on the site specifications from the customer i.e. number of sites, floor plan of the sites, number of users per site, etc. Company Shared Bundle will be a bespoke bundle of minutes, text and data based on the customer s usage profile Order is subject to BT's acceptance of the order and BT's Contract for, which includes the Conditions for BT Business Services, the Service Schedule for, the Annex for BlackBerry Services (where these Subscription Extras are taken), the Annex for the BT One Phone Portal, the BT Price List (Section 10) and the Order Form Invoicing Charges will be raised through a single invoice service BT Onebill and management reports are available through the portal.
