Business Tariff Packages We have three tariff packages to offer for small business. Choose the one that is right for your business profile. The Üzleti Keret packages have a monthly fee, all of which is available as airtime credit which can be used jointly by all employees (subscriptions under one subscriber name and customer number) for domestic calls and texting, so there is no waste. It is ideal for companies that have employees with varied phone use patterns. The new Üzleti Mikro packages are for small businesses which need low fixed monthly mobile costs. The Üzleti Pro packages are optimised for businesses where staff frequently talk to each other and traffic is evenly distributed among them. Every business tariff package can be combined with the Autóskártya (AutoCard), Internet, Adatkártya (DataCard) and Ipari (Industrial) tariff packages, but not with residential tariffs. Üzleti Keret tariff packages Üzleti Keret tariff packages are ideal for companies that have a staff with varied phone habits e.g. the CEO makes a lot of calls, the office staff not so many, or mainly take incoming calls on their mobiles. The monthly fee is payable for the whole company, and not per phone number. Every employee can use as much of the included calls and SMS messages as their phone habits demand. This way, mobile spending is optimized and nothing goes to waste.. Joint use of monthly fee: the entire company pays a single monthly fee that covers use by all the subscriptions it covers. 100% of monthly fee available as airtime credit for domestic standard-rate voice calls and SMS messages. Uniform minute and SMS fees at any time of day, to any number within Hungary. Lower minute and SMS fees for packages with a higher monthly fee. Using the service, everybody in the company s call group (subscriptions in the same account) can call each other at a HUF 0 minute rate. Members of the staff can speak to each other within the network for free. Feature The service must be ordered for all subscriptions belonging to the same account. Vezetékes-hívó (Landline Caller) Fewer cost worries: by using this service you can make domestic landline calls from you mobile for a very low fee. Available without a monthly fee. You can call any Hungarian landline numbers at a very low price, reducing corporate mobile costs. You can use it with any tariff package to greatly reduce the costs of company calls to landlines. Cégen belül 0 Ft fees Monthly fee: Included in Üzleti Pro packages for no monthly fee. For Üzleti Alap and Üzleti Keret packages: HUF 480/subscription HUF 480 (HUF 385 net) per subscription. Call forwarding A useful service for businesses which would like to use the call management function of their landlines on corporate mobiles as well. Using the service, you can connect two parties by mobile phone and then leave the conversation. Replaces a landline subcentre, because Call Forwarding provides the equivalent call management function. The operator can forward incoming calls within the group at no additional charge. A forwarded call can even be forwarded again (e.g. between secretary s offices within a company). Call Forwarding fee Monthly fee: HUF 190 (HUF 152 net) per subscription. (The charge for the forwarded call is payable in addition to the monthly fee.) Short call number and virtual group member Recommended for companies with substantial telephone traffic, where it is useful for staff members to be able to reach each other quickly using a short call number, and to provide easier access to partners beyond those with corporate mobile phones (virtual group members). Groups of corporate mobile numbers can be extended to include frequentlycalled numbers outside the company, even if they belong to other networks. Short call number and virtual group member fee Monthly fee: HUF 125 (HUF 100 net) per subscription. Cost- and Call-Control Recommended for businesses which want to specify the numbers particular employees or groups may call, and the kinds of numbers they can call at the company s expense. The service may be fully tailored to the company s needs, helping to keep call-based telephone costs perfectly under control. Types Time-based cost control: to make sure that only calls made during working hours are charged to the company account, calls outside working hours may be banned. Call number based cost control: bans selected ranges of foreign, domestic mobile and domestic landline numbers or even individual numbers. (The ban can range from one single number to all existing numbers.) Call-prefix based segregation: using customer-defined settings to prevent private calls from being charged to the company account, a call prefix may be dialled to change over to a private account. Cost limit based segregation: a simple way of controlling costs by setting a call charge limit for staff using corporate phone subscriptions. The service is a simple and efficient way of seperating costs. Fees charged to the private account are paid by the member of staff who made the call, and traffic over the limit is billed to his or her name and address, so that the amount payable on the corporate account may be calculated in advance. Subscription to Call Prefix and Cost Limit services is required before ordering the Private Account service. Cost- and Call-Control fees Monthly fee: HUF 500 (HUF 400 net) per subscription. Magánszámla (Private Account) Using this service you can simply and automatically control corporate and private calls within the company. Calls not permitted for business are automatically charged to the private account, which is billed directly to the address of the staff member making the call. A Private Account on a corporate subscription means staff do not need more than one phone, because private calls are seperated from business calls and charged to the Private Account, and billed to the employee s address. MobiTrend Mini fee Monthly fee: HUF 550 (HUF 440 net) per subscription. The MobiTrend Plusz is recommended for businesses who find the cost-effective development of their corporate mobile phone network, as well as separation of corporate and private calls, in addition to low minute fees and cost control, very important. Other cost-reducing and convenience services available to Telenor business customers can also be added to MobiTrend Mini or MobiTrend Plusz. Mesterhármas The service is recommended primarily for small and medium-sized businesses which regularly call the same business partners. By using the Mesterhármas service you can call your most frequently called business partners within Hungary from all of the company s subscriptions at a favourable per-minute rate, thus optimizing your telephone costs. 3 Telenor mobile phone numbers (outside the company) may be selected. The selected call numbers may be changed once every 30 days, free of charge. The service must be ordered for all subscriptions belonging to the same account. Mesterhármas fees Monthly fee: HUF 500 (HUF 400 net) per subscription. Minute rate: for calls to the 3 designated numbers: HUF 9.90 (HUF 7.92 net)/minute PartnerRégió (PartnerRegion) The service is useful for small businesses whose contacts are concentrated in a given region. Provides business subscribers with a 25% or 50% discount on minute rates for calls within the network made within a selected region of Hungary (one of the 7 EU regions). 25% discount on minute rates for calls made from inside the selected geographical region to any subscriber in Telenor s network regardless of the location of the recipient. If the call is made from the selected region to a Telenor subscriber who has also subscribed to the PartnerRégió service for the same region, a 50% discount is applied to the minute rate. PartnerRégió fees Monthly fee: HUF 500 (HUF 400 net) per subscription. Minute rate: 25% or 50% discount off the per-minute rate listed for the tariff package. 5 perc után 0 Ft (HUF 0 after 5 Minutes) We recommend the service to all business subscribers who engage in long conversations. Using the 5 perc után 0 Ft (HUF 0 after 5 Minutes) service you can telephone at a HUF 0 per-minute rate after five minutes, thus enabling you to cut back significantly on your mobile expenses. The service pertains to voice calls within the network lasting less than 60 minutes, as well as to Voice Mail and Blue Number calls. 5 perc után 0 Ft fees Monthly fee: HUF 690 (HUF 552 net) per subscription. Minute rate: HUF 0 within the Telenor Hungary network after the fifth minute. 40 SMS and 80 SMS These services are primarily recommended for those who send a lot of texts. The 40 SMS and 80 SMS services provide discounts on text messaging. Feature The 40 SMS package includes 40 and the 80 SMS package includes 80 low-rate SMS messages that can be sent to domestic networks. 40 SMS and 80 SMS fees 40 SMS package: HUF 920 (HUF 736 net) per subscription. SMS rate: HUF 23 (HUF 18.40 net)/sms (if all are used) 80 SMS package: HUF 1440 (HUF 1152 net) per subscription. SMS rate: HUF 18 (HUF 14.40 net)/sms (if all are used) 20 21

Keret Értesítő (Keret Notification) S, M and L The Keret Értesítő (Keret Notification) service is useful for businesses that want to monitor how much of the Üzleti Keret monthly airtime credit is used by each subscription. The call numbers for which the service is ordered receives notification of the traffic. You can choose from three pre-determined traffic limits, and a notification is sent when it is reached. Keret Értesítő S: HUF 3000, Keret Értesítő M: HUF 6000, Keret Értesítő L: HUF 10,000 When the limit specified in the service is reached, a text is sent from number +36 20 900 0922; an e-mail is also sent if requested. The Keret Értesítő service merely provides information about the fact that a given traffic limit has been reached. It does not entail any restrictions on further traffic. You can switch between the Keret Értesítő services free of charge, but only at the end of the billing period. The service may be ordered for individual subscriptions, and a different service package may be selected for each call number belonging to the same account. Multiple services may also be ordered for one subscription. In this case multiple notifications are sent. Only traffic for which the airtime credit may be used is calculated in the traffic limit. Keret Értesítő S, M and L fees Monthly fee: if all three services are ordered, HUF 375 (HUF 300 net) per subscription per service. 22 23

International and roaming calls A call made from Hungary to abroad is an international call. The roaming service lets you make calls abroad as if you were at home; in other words you are accessible, and you can call your contacts, wherever there is a mobile operator with a roaming agreement with Telenor. Szomszédhívó (Neighbour Caller) The service is recommended to business clients who frequently call business partners in a neighbouring country. By using the Szomszédhívó service you can call neighbouring countries of Hungary at favourable per-minute rates. The service allows you to call both landline and mobile numbers at discounted rates. The discount applies to calls made to the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine. Szomszédhívó fees Monthly fee: HUF 1040 (HUF 832 net) per subscription. Minute fee: HUF 47 (HUF 37.60 net) per subscription. UniósOrszág (EU Country) The UniósOrszág service is recommended for business clients who generate a significant amount of voice traffic to a country in the European Union. By using the UniósOrszág service you can call a selected EU country at a per-minute rate reduced by 50%. You can change the country selected every 30 days free of charge. The discount applies to the rates for normal international voice calls to the selected country. UniósOrszág fee Monthly fee: HUF 1040 (HUF 832 net) per subscription. PartnerOrszág (Partner Country) The PartnerOrszág service is recommended for business clients who generate a significant amount of voice traffic to another country. By using the PartnerOrszág service you can make calls to a selected country (country calling code) at a 20% discount. Countries may be selected from those in roaming zones 1, 2, or 3. You can change the country selected every 30 days free of charge. The discount applies to the rates for normal international voice calls to the selected country. Üzleti Roaming Átalány (Flat-Rate Business Roaming) This service is recommended to business customers who would like lower call charges when staying abroad. Convenience Services Konferenciahívás (Conference calls) Recommended to users who need everyday business communication to include telephone calls with multiple participants. The Konferenciahívás service allows conference calls via mobile with a maximum of six participants one initiator and up to five partners. The initiator of the conference call can include additional participants into an existing call. The new call connected into the conversation can be either incoming or outgoing. Konferenciahívás fee Monthly fee: free of charge (service included in the business tariff packages.) Hívásposta (CallMail) Hívásposta is useful for business customers who do not want to miss a single call and would like a cost-saving means of listening to their voice mail, at lower rates. Ordering the Hívásposta service lets you use the Hívásértesítő (Call Notification) service, and listen to voicemail messages within Hungary for a HUF 0 minute charge any time of day. The Hangposta (Voicemail) service is a precondition for using the Hívásposta service. Hívásposta fee Monthly fee: HUF 250 (HUF 200 net) per subscription. Hívásértesítő (Call Notification) Recommended for business customers who do not want to miss a single important call in their daily business. The service gives notification of all calls the called party could not receive because their handset was switched off, they were in an area with no signal, their voicemail was not active or the caller did not leave a voicemail message. The caller is displayed as the sender of the text, allowing easy identification if the caller s number is stored in the phone. The text indicates how many calls were made from each number when the phone was switched off. The text also shows the time of the last call. A notification is sent only if the caller consented to having their number displayed. Notifications under the service are sent free of charge, even abroad. Hívásértesítő fee Monthly fee: HUF 125 (HUF 100 net) per subscription. 29

Hangposta MMS (Voicemail MMS) This is a convenient way to listen to voicemail messages without calling the voice mail box. Messages may be retrieved from the handset without limit, free of charge, and without calling the voice mail box, and can be stored up to the capacity of the phone and even forwarded as MMS messages. The voice messages in the voice mailbox are in MMS format. The incoming message carries a picture and an audio file as an attachment. Messages sent as MMSs also remain in the voice mail box (according to the general rules of storage) in played status. Hangposta MMS fee Monthly fee: HUF 390 (HUF 312 net) per subscription. Elektronikus számla (Electronic bill) This is a service that is fast and simple, convenient, reliable and last but not least environmentally friendly. Equivalent to the paper-based bill, but quicker to access and more secure. Since it is an electronic service, bills can be checked via internet even when you are out of the office. E-mail notification are sent free of charge when the monthly bill arrives. The service may only be ordered via Telenor Online, after registration, under the menu item Bill information and payment. Electronic bill fee Monthly fee: díjmentes The Electronic Bill Notification SMS service, for an additional monthly charge, sends a text when the bill is issued, and a reminder text five days before the payment date. The Small Business MMS service sends an MMS every day after 5 pm with the main economic and financial news, name days and next day s weather. It makes pages clearer, easier to read and more convenient to use, and reduces the data traffic they generate. Download this application from the Go mobile portal or the operamini.com site. The Opera Mini application is free, but downloading it generates data traffic which is subject to charge. The Telenor Go mobile portal pages bring you the information you need and let you manage your affairs, fast. Go Mobile Portal fees Using the Go mobile portal generates data traffic, which is subject to charges. The actual charge in each case is the rate for data given in the tariff. Netroaming-figyelő (Netroaming Monitor) To avoid large bills for internet use abroad, use the Netroaming-figyelő service to control your GPRS data. : On reaching 80% of the data limit, you receive an SMS notifying you that you have used up 80% of your limit. When you reach the limit, Telenor stops providing the data roaming service unless you specifically request continuation or cancel the monitoring service. The Netromaing-figyelő service sets a GPRS roaming limit of 29 MB. The service may be ordered via Telenor s internet customer service (Telenor Online), the Customer Service Line (1220), the Automatic Service Order line (1741), Telenor Sales Points, or by sending the word netroamingfigyelo to number 06-20-20-200. The order is considered valid once the subscriber has received SMS notification of activation. Transactions are retrievable for 5 years, and a written certificate is provided on request. Each time, wait for the text message confirming payment of the motorway toll before driving on to the toll-section of the motorway, because this is your proof of payment. The text message need not be retained after payment, because a certificate may be requested at any time. Orient 21 Futárszolgálat (Orient 21 Courier Service) Recommended if you often send small packages and want a quick service with convenient payment. A quick and convenient way of paying courier charges by sending a text message from your mobile. Service available from the moment you sign the subscriber contract, without pre-registration. The sender may also request text notification of delivery. Payment of up to HUF 5000 may be made from the subscriber s phone when sending a package. Orient 21 Futárszolgálat fees Courier charge: as per the fees charged by Orient 21 Futárszolgálat és Kereskedelmi Kft. (current price list published on their website). Fees for sending MobilVásárlás text messages: charged at the tariff rate for texts sent within Telenor s network in Hungary, including discount or free texts. Flottakövetés (Fleet Tracking) Useful for companies maintaining a vehicle fleet or a sales team and would like to check either continuously or occasionally the location of staff. Flottakövetés gives you up-to-date information about the location of your employees or vehicles (within Hungary). Facilitates quicker, more efficient and more rational organisation of work, saving time and money. Helpful in unexpected situations and new responsibilities requiring immediate decisions or organisation of work. Notifies clients of the exact location and status of vehicles and goods. Helps monitor if drivers are choosing the best routes and progress with the work. A user-friendly interface simplifies and speeds up the dispatcher s work. The map application provides the following functions: address search, position query, timed queries, position archive, distance measurement, grouping, texting. With XML communication, Flottakövetés allows query results (with map details) to be entered into the company s own external or internal system (e.g. website) in the desired form. Flottakövetés identifies the positions of subscriptions under one subscriber name, and requires the prior written consent in a separate contract of both the subscriber and the user. The subscriber must have an active Telenor subscription and a tax number. Flottakövetés fees Two billing options are available for the service: monthly flat rate, allowing unrestricted queries, monthly fee + charge per query. With both options, the monthly charge need not be paid for subscriptions included in the service but not tracked during the billing period. A query is only charged if it is successful, and so no charge is made for queries to devices that are switched off, discharged, in foreign networks or inaccessible for other reasons. The geographical position of subscribers (SIM card) can be searched and viewed using an internet or WAP map application. The Flottakövetés service has GSM-cell precision, i.e. data from the network identifies the cell area where the SIM card user is. It is therefore the size of the cell which determines how accurately the driver is located; in Budapest this can be as small as 100 metres.
