Present works on state aid schemes Consultations of the drafts with EC in 2007 and 2008 Elements agreed with EC Validity of state aid schemes: 2007 2015 beginning of eligibility of expenditures: 1.01.2007 Doubts of EC - subsidizing airports, where the amount of attended passengers exceeds 10 mln - requirement of decreasing the level of subsidy to 10% in case of equipment in harbors and reloading appliances which are intended to transfer the load from the sea means of transport to others - the lack of developed practice in case of ITS - supporting of collection charges system and ITS in road transport 27 Ministry of Infrastructure
