WHAT IS ADAMS?
ADAMS ADAMS is an internet-based database management tool It is a centralized system that allows data entry and storage, as well as data-sharing and reporting to take place in a highly secure environment that restricts access to all but relevant parties. It is designed exclusively to assist stakeholders in their anti-doping operations with full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code. It offers a significant improvement in the treatment of athlete personal data compared to the traditional non secured email and fax previously used to handle athlete data. It protects the confidentiality of data thanks to a security system that complies with the highest data protection standards. 6

SUMMARY ADAMS is a state-of-the-art, cost effective and efficient tool designed to assist organizations in carrying out their anti-doping operations in accordance with the responsibilities under the World Anti-Doping Code. ADAMS is available to organizations in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Suomi, Bulgarian, Serbian, Czech and Russian. There is an audit log of all user activities in ADAMS. ADAMS can be implemented across many operating systems (Windows, MAC, etc.) and web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
